i’ve always been treated with care and kindness. the whole entire staff is friendly and incredible at their job. they’re accommodating, understanding, helpful and eager. I see Dr Henry and i am always taken care of thoroughly she takes her time to really address your concerns. i’ve even had her call me to check up on me. these people truly care. i wish i could give more stars.

Nurse practitioner Brooke Lawrence is very kind, attentive and knowledgeable. I live with many MH struggles and she is always understanding and helpful when I'm struggling- I'm very grateful to have found a supportive practitioner in a welcoming clinic.

Dr. Mangat was not very nice or supportive. Mangat would not longer accept me as her patient. Mangat declined appointments with me as going forward.

This Doctor's office should be charged with malpractice. Last August (2023) I saw Dr. Dada to have my IUD changed. She claimed that she couldn't find it and was going to request an ultrasound. Two weeks later I followed up with the receptionist to find out the status of my ultrasound appointment to which she replied. "Your ultrasound is not important and so the hospital will call you, when they call you."

In October (2023) I followed up once again to find out the status of my ultrasound. The receptionist said the same thing, "Your ultrasound is not important so, maybe you should try to find somewhere else to get it done."

As of current, May (2024) I have been bleeding for 32 days. I was rushed in for an urgent scan and was informed by the Medical Imagining department that Dr. Dada's office NEVER SENT MY ULTRASOUND REQUISITION!! 😳

Here; now in a medical crises (that could have been prevented) I have become more angry with their complete negligence, compassion and total disregard for my health.

⚠️ Please do not go to this Dr's office!

Had an appointment scheduled, received a reminder email even the day prior, I waited from 11:30-4:00 and never received the call. So I call the office this morning, dealing with MOA Stephanie, she informed me that Dr Henry wasn't even there yesterday that she was on-call working from the hospital!!! WHY SCHEDULE HER IF SHE ISN'T THERE?!! I even said if I missed the appointment I'd be billed $50, she said "oh you won't be billed, it wasn't your fault". Completely disregarding my point. The patients time isn't important at all to this office, only the doctors time is. I still needed an appointment - she never said sorry or offered another appointment, nothing!!! Then asked my name and she said the male version, I corrected her and she literally slammed the phone down in my ear!! They've lost time sensitive insurance forms of mine on ore than 1 occasion. I am so fed up and tired of dealing with the incompetence of the office staff!! Time to file a complaint I think!!!

Dr.Shahid, on multiple occasions, has talked down to myself and my family members while failing to properly assess situations and appointments - causing very uncomfortable and stressful conversations. She can be late, but if you are they can charge you. So if you set an appointment for when you’re free from work or kids, if she decides to call early or late, it’s on you. This doctor has called me overweight as well as my partner when our weight was irrelevant to our appointment reasons. Telling me I “need to be 110lbs” which is physically impossible at my height. It’s a shame since finding a family doctor is extremely difficult, and when we finally get one, the experience become something to dread. It doesn’t feel like she really listens when we’re speaking about problems we’re having. I hope things change and that others don’t experience the same tone/situations.

I have been seeing Dr Henry since she was in Superstore. Since the move, I have had nothing but problems with reception. They rarely answer the phone, when they do they're quite often rude, they have lost important insurance paperwork (taking months to complete) more than once, Dr H referred me to deal with the office manager instead of reception and she's been even more useless than reception, the phone appointments are rarely at the scheduled time, they charge fees that never used to have a charge then get offended when hidden fees is mentioned, she expects me to know office codes for visits and I rarely see Dr H anymore, its always her students. I really like Dr H but I am so fed up with the office staff and I am so ready to find a new Dr!!!

I never share reviews but I really am impressed so much by Cedar Care Family practice. First of all, I met one of the office girls (Laura) at the pool with her family and we got talking about our jobs etc. She was so friendly and kind. I have just moved to the Chilliwack region from the North where I haven’t had a doctor in years. She told me that her office was taking patients and got my information. She personally registered our family with her office and signed me up with Dr. Mangat. I went to the office today. One of the the ladies at the front desk immediately acknowledged me and said she’d be right with me. The office pre sent me the documents via email so I handed those over and she asked me to wait. I sat for about two minutes and the Dr personally came to get me. I was very anxious for this appointment but she was very kind, understanding and calm. She was very thorough and ordered labs and address my concerns. I wanted to leave an up to date review here to put anyone’s fears aside. This clinic is so great and welcoming.
