Due to the torrential rain over the Steinbach area Thursday night, we came really close to having our basement flood. Our sump pump was not able to keep up with the amount of water coming in and we were bailing by hand. I contacted Brown’s and they were able to send someone to our home very quickly. Noah easily assessed the problem, gave us a couple of options and then he went to work installing a new sump pump. He was fast and efficient and thanks to his efforts we were saved from a huge mess in our basement. Noah then went on to check our other water connections to make sure everything was okay. We are very grateful to Brown’s for coming to our aid yesterday. I would definitely recommend their services.

Brown’s was quick to have a tech come out to our Niverville home and do an assessment of our concerns. Friendly fast and skilled people working here not only resolved our problem but cost us only the call-out fee. A straight honest fix that was at a fair fee. Thanks Brown’s we will be using you again and recommend your service to everyone.

Browns plumbing and heating is sniffing too much pipe glue !!
Two rookies came out and diagnosed a job completely wrong. Constantly on the phone talking to someone way more experienced I would assume. They also quoted a repipe job which wasn't even the issue. So glad I got a more experienced plumber to come look. Save yourself the headache call someone else.

Had a great experience with Browns! Kaan was my technician. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did maintenance on my AC and also fixed a plumbing issue with my sink. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. Really appreciated the quality of service. Would definitely recommend!

The absolute best! Never experienced such good professional service at honest and fair prices like Browns. These people are the best. They have often gone way above and beyond what I would have expected. And we’ve used them lots to get our plumbing, heating and cooling, HRV etc. up to date and dependable after buying a place that had a lot of neglected maintenance. Some of the technicians are starting to feel like family. 😄✌️

I had a great experience with Brown's Plumbing and Heating.They were very responsive with the initial quote. I got the estimation in less than 24 hours after visiting. During the first visit and installation guys were wearing protective covers on shoes.They tried really hard to install the boiler in one day. The work was done neatly and they were respectful of my property. They covered by fabric all the way from entrance to the place where job had to be done. All main actions were agreed before doing them.After the installation Ryan explained how it works clearly and answered all my questions.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional installation service.

Thanks to everyone who helped us with our heat pump. It started with Suzy, then Koby (who gave us different options), the installers: Garrett, Cam and Ryan. They came on a Friday and they were here all day in the heat and didn’t complain once
