The material was well planned and delivered, the hands-on segments were helpful, and I came away from the training feeling good about the knowledge I gained. For anyone looking to complete their First Aid/CPR, I highly recommend this company! Jackie is such a professional, fun and excellent instructor. From the very beginning she made it a welcoming environment and overall a great experience. Jackie is friendly, kind and incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she is doing. She always ensured that everyone felt comfortable in the training that was being completed and answered any questions that had been asked, in a clear and thorough way. If any mistakes were made in the process she always made sure to correct them in a manner that didn’t make you feel bad but instead made it a learning experience. For this being my first time completing First Aid and CPR training, everything Jackie taught me has made me feel more comfortable and capable in being able to react and help in any emergency that I were to encounter.
