At first was very, very impressed with the Customer Service at the front desk! However, when I did get my order, and we were on the job, I noticed that the stones were actually the wrong color. So I called and the lady politely told me that she would try to get the order sent out to me the following workday.. I also ended up, doubling the order as I had miscalculated the size of the project. I was then told that they would charge me an extra $175 delivery fee when they did swap the stones out. I thought that was kind of unfair knowing that they had to pick up the wrong colour stones to begin with and then charge me the extra delivery fee. So when I want to speak to the manager a few days later, he seemed extremely standoffish with his arms crossed and in evident Attitude. He actually accused me Of myself, the customer changing my mind and then it was my fault! I got to tell you at this point I was getting furious and quite shocked that he would accuse me of something like that. I couldn’t believe it, but the project was a priority and delay in timing was not an option at this point. So I just asked them to simply finish the order charge me whatever they have to charge me and get the heck out of there. I will never go back to this company And I strongly recommend caution when buying there. Also, I must say that I found a local supplier with delivery charges of less than half of what they are charging. And better pricing on products also for the exact same things superior service. And they’re on Leslie Street In East Gwillimbury.

I had very good experience at 404 Stone Newmarket location recently. I wanted to build up a small garden in my backyard by myself.

My order is not a big order but Amy patiently answer all the questions I had. She has very good knowledge for all product they had and give me very helpful advise. And help me find good pavers to match my budget. Really surprised for all service she provided to me. Thank you Amy. Good service!!

Unbelievable company with poor customer service. I was promised 3 delivery dates and everytime it keeps on getting pushed back. Everytime I call I keep getting a resy, someone will call you right back. Nobody ever does. I understand sometimes things happen that are beyond your control , however after almost a month of waiting for some interlock to be delivered, it's time you just be transparent and honest with the customer. I will never shop here again and I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. I will them a few more days before I call my credit card company and let them deal with the fact that I have been charged for something and did not receive the product

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I went in knowing nothing about stone and not really knowing what i wanted. Jason took the time with me to show me around and pick the right stone. The ladies at the counter then provided me with a quote, even young Charlie was nice! Just top notch customer service! Felt like i was dealing with a team who knew exactly what to recommend and asked the right questions to identify my needs. Thank you 404! amazing.

Ordered my stone in person with the very knowledgeable staff at the Newmarket location. Delivery was when they said it would be delivered and the stone was put exactly where I wanted it. I am very happy and would 10/10 recommend 404 stone to anyone.

We had a tremendous experience with Jennifer at 404 Stone near Newmarket. For any of you who have gone shopping for interlock, flagstone etc, it can be quite intimidating and confusing. If you don't get a great person to help, you can make a big mistake. Who wants 2,000 pounds of stone in your front yard that you're not sure about. Fortunately, 404 Stone was the right place and Jennifer was the right person and she was an enormous help. Super patient, incredibly knowledgeable who provided great direction. We knew we were in good hands with her right from the start. She even followed up with a few phone calls to check on a few small details to make sure everything was perfect. People in the office and guys in the yard all had smiles on their faces. This place really cares about their customers. Thanks for the great price, and the amazing guidance. We can't wait to see our new front yard!
