I had a bad day once and I went to the 7-11 and I was heading Edmonton. The guy talked with me and asked me sir! Are u ok? How I can help u? He said few things and made me smile. That day I realized things are not important but your smile. I was thinking I should work this kind of place where I can meet different people and make them smile.

*UPDATE: The area manager reached out to me to discuss the issue and is taking steps to make sure it doesn't happen again. Both him, and the store manager, did what they could to find a solution to make the situation better - successfully. I will be back to the store. (I'll jump it up to a 2 from a 1 to signify the difference they made)

Wow. I popped in to grab something simple. I wanted a one or two litre bottle of orange crush. I went and looked and they only had single bottles (for over $3!!) so I asked, or tried to ask, the single attendant there if there was any other pop. She barely even bothered to look my direction before giving me a 3 word answer. Then I asked about wings and got the exact same - and wrong fricking answer. I asked if they were regular or spicy. "All regular" - even though I could see salt and pepper and the garlic pepper ...

The rudest customer service I've had in a very very long time. I can't even describe her without being labelled racist.

I've been to that 711 a lot and they've always been good - maybe someone needs to go back for training.

this 7-11 has staff that greet you upon entry very politely and courteously, they hire local kids which helps them gain work experience so they can move up in the world. the other store hires people who have moved here to work at 7-11 for life this is hampering our youth's opportunities , this store is better than the north one hand down!

Food is 5-star! Bathroom is 1-star, the bathroom is tiny and gross! If two guys are using the urinals, they have to be touching shoulders. My wife said her bathroom didn't have toilet paper. She asked a staff for some and the woman just shrugged and said, "We don't have any. The shipment might come in today." Service is 1-star because of that. I hope to revisit my review next time I swing by.

We were here on August 31, 2023 around 9:00-9:30AM. My son left his phone inside the comfort room but we were already far from the location when he realized his phone was gone. We tried to phone this branch multiple times to ask but NO ONE is answering. Aside from that, the store looked so dirty, there were a lot of flies.
