Unfortunately, the woman that works here does not know what she is doing. There is a certificate on the wall saying she is certified in "fingerprint rolling", but I think she is in need of a repeat certification. I let her take the lead but the prints kept coming up as "failed" over and over and she kept doing the same thing. She tried putting lotion, having me wash and dry my hands, cleaning the screen, nothing worked. 20 minutes went by and we still were repeating the same fingers over and over again at least 2 dozen times each. It was an unfortunate experience and I cannot recommend others to put their trust in this business.

Worst live scan place you could go to. They didn’t know how to use the equipment, charged me through Zelle even though my work was supposed to pay, and never submitted the forms. When I requested an update on the progress, they said it wasn’t their responsibility, and hung up.

Don't do your Fingerprint Livescan here! Our's were returned, the fingerprints were not clear enough and caused us delay in our employment. We then went back and ask him if he can re-do it, obviously it was his fault. Unfortunately, he turned us away and said he will only do it again if we pay him another $69.
So we went someplace else. They only charged us $18 and will be happy to re-do it for free in case it is returned again.

Opened promptly at 9 am and the whole Live Scan process took about twenty to twenty-five minutes. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and very patient. Also, this place was a couple of dollars cheaper than another company I was considering.
