I wish I could rate this clinic higher because once you make it past the reception, the therapist I saw there was amazing but they really need to offer their front desk staff better training. I have been there several times and the two receptionists have been anything but welcoming. They are unpleasant, no smile, unhelpful, they make you approach them, don't even make eye contact with you. My first visit, they asked me to fill out forms with personal and private information. When I handed the paperwork back to them, they left it on the desk for any patient coming in to see. The receptionist didn't look at me and could not be bothered to get out of her seat. When I insisted, she got up and removed it from everybody's view. Another time, their card terminals were not working for payment and they said they would call me to collect the payment. They did call but never left a message and I called a week later to make the payment, and the receptionist insisted they had left me a message and scolded me for not call them back. Unfortunately, these unpleasant exchanges first thing in the morning have really soured my experience and I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

Alia was my physiotherapist. Shortly after my work accident, I was referred to her. I am grateful for her help. She is very knowledgeable. I learned so much. Not only did she help me heal faster but the skills I learned transfer into my daily lifestyle habits as well. The rest of the staff are also very kind and professional. Thanks again for everything 🙂

One of the physio therapists was very friendly but very sassy. He could not find out how to help me and kept making unpleasant comments like my case was just untreatable. I eneded up going to another place and was treated so well. All I needed was massotherapy. I'd recommend if you don't know what help to provide, refer to your colleague or just don't comment negatively. One of the receptionists to is kinda too excited, I don't wanna say rude. But luckily most staff there are very nice! The acupuncturist and massotherapist are excellent!

I was referred to their orthotics specialist and got an appointment for the next day. I showed up 10 minutes early and was advised by the receptionist that him and his assistant had already left. They were called to come back to the office and got upset with me because i booked my appointment the day prior lol. You can't make this stuff up, a " professional " who doesn't consult their schedule and gets upset at patients for booking their service. They proceeded to give me an evaluation in a hurry, without showing any kind of interest in my symptoms or injury history, resulting in a completely erroneous diagnosis. Had i gone their way, i would have ended up with a huge bill in private clinics in order to get a bunch of tests i did not require. Instead i consulted with two other orthotic specialists who both quickly debunked this quack's diagnosis and sent me in the right direction. This will sound like i'm just adding on for the sake of my story but as they were finishing up, they told me i could pay by card, but that they strongly suggested i pay cash because, and they both yelled in unison " we love money ".
Again, i wish i was making this up. The receptionists were nice and going by other reviews, i don't doubt this is a good clinic in terms of their other services offered. But if you are in need of foot orthotics, you would be in better hands consulting a monkey rather than coming here

They young ladys on the front so pleasant and professional and kind was always nice walking even when I didn't want to be there!

I was so blessed to have Kurstin as my physio to work with I was pushed and she also helped me pass my emotional blocks, but the most important thing was Kurstin treated me as a person not a client with my mental health she put in extra and listened when I had really, really bad days and I can never thank her enough.

Catherine was an amazing OT also help in pushing me to get me where  am today.
I'm sure without these beautiful amazing ladies it would have taken me even long to get to this point thank you both so much

Paul Evans is just amazing!. He is very knowledgeable, kind, patient, has a great sense of humour and takes the time it takes to give you an appropriate diagnostic.He also takes the time to explain to you in detail (in plain English) what are the causes and solutions possible. My 15 year old started going there a few weeks ago because his orthodontist sent him there because of his "jaw clicking". Little did we expect. my son's clicking to dramatically improve in such a short number of sessions(3). My son was speechless!

I originally was sent y do physiotherapy for a hip problem or something in the area ,
I saw Caroline , I was skeptical at first , but man she was the only person that was able to take care of e constant pain I was feeling , she knew exactly what I needed , unfortunately it has come back over 20 years later , but she is not a physiotherapist anymore , I'm struggling to find someone with her experience y knowledge who can help ease the constant pain.
