I have literally struck gold with my doctor. She really genuinely cares, she actually digs in to find resolution, I feel confident in my care 100% and that is such a positive piece of mind.
Most impressive feeling knowing your doc is actually working hard to figure you out!
The entire team collectively work together and have managed to create such a comfortable home like environment when visiting the office. It’s amazing & super efficient.

Never have I ever felt ‘my doctor’ is who I want to have care for me till the end until now!
I finally do with Dr Pamela Gold. I have all the confidence in the world in her and how she has helped changed my life medically for the better in just 3-4 years. I know in my heart she is the one doctor I can honestly depend on & I wish everyone could be so lucky!

Dr. Labelle is phenomenal. His attention and approach to his patients is so down to earth, reassuring, and thorough. He really listens and treats his patients holistically. I have found the front desk staff to be warm, caring, and efficient. The nurse practitioner is also caring and attentive. I feel so fortunate that my family is treated here.

For the most part, the doctors are excellent. However, the staff is a very different story.
The receptionists are very unorganized and extremely rude. They make you feel as if you are inconvenienceing them when booking appointments and such. They almost NEVER return calls even if its extremely important. Going to see your doctor is stressful enough there's no need to add more by being unprofessional.

Welcoming and structured service. Been going here for 15+ years and have seen various doctors and nurses. The only want I could see a patient being treated unprofessionally is if they go in with a negative attitude and are themselves, initially rude or impatient in their approach. It is a busy place, and they do quite well.

Dr. Keifer is a extreme disappointment as a Doctor! She seems to be only concerned about doing tests for illness/ diseases which i have zero symptoms or concerns. She sluffed off my concerns. So sad in Ontario i am stuck with a Dr. Who i will not go back for any reason.

He has been my Dr since Dr Clark retired
Great with kids also.......I have dealt with other Dr in emerg no complaints
I have found emerg times not bad at all....
I like Hanover Emerg is because it's always Dr or residents willing able 2 help u at all hours
