My family and I moved back to the area from out of province a few months back. The services my family require from our pharmacy and medication management can be challenging due to an out of province family doctor, medication adjustments actively being made, one medication being a more complex injection (needing a trained profession to inject regularly), etc. Hoyles PharmaChoice had not only met our expectations so far, but I can confidently say exceeded them.

My family and I have received regular support from now four different pharmacies (two larger chain pharmacies and a stand alone, and most recently Hoyle’s PharmaChoice) over the past decade and a half. I can assure you that this pharmacy outranks all others in:
- Customer service/patient centric approach;
- Problem solving including helping up understand resources available to us (as a family who have not lived in NL for many years);
- Building a professional, yet friendly and personal rapport with us;
- Overall, commitment to the wellbeing of my family and I.

Laura, Sarah, and the entire team at Hoyles have been nothing short of phenomenal. Friendly, accommodating, timely, and patient centred.

I highly recommend this pharmacy and their team to anyone looking for a provider whether you be new to the area or looking for a higher level of service. I am confident in saying you will not be disappointed.

This place is the best. The staff and owners make you feel like your walking in a friend's place when you enter. They are so helpful. I will be a forever customer without question. It's the best feeling in the world when you feel valued, and you guys certainly make me feel that way ?
