Called Fahselt overhead doors Inc. Yesterday, my garage door would not stay closed, I got a message back within minutes of contacting him, came and tried to fix the problem, However, the system I had was old and ran its time... he was very professional . Outstanding value and customer service for garage door repair in Edmonton! When my garage door quit working, I messaged Neal and he immediately replied. I was going out of town less than 12 hours later and he was able to send his tech out, assess, and have the door repaired all while I was out of town. It now works perfectly and the price was great! I wanted to put a lift in one of my garage bays and needed to put a high lift kit on the door to facilitate that. I also needed a wall mount door opener. Neal provided a competitive quote and prompt service. My project was scheduled within a couple of days. The work was done properly and professionally. The control panel for the door opener turned out to be defective and Neal was back the next day to replace it. Everything has been working great for 6 months now. Great service from a local guy!
