The ladies at Leduc home care supplies are so awesome so accommodating so compassionate they go above and beyond to help those in need and provide a great service. I definitely recommend Leduc homecare supplies to anybody that needs help with mobility or any household changes to be able to accommodate their needs.

My dad had a salesman sell him a walker from this business that did not work for him. I contacted the store and spoke to someone who said that the would not exchange it as it had been a year since he got it. If we wanted another walker it would cost $500.00. I checked the invoice and my dad had only had the walker less than 3 months. I called back and got Carolyn,who said to come in with the walker and she would change it out. She was great, she showed us a number of walkers and my dad chose the one that worked the best for him. Carolyn did comment that the salesman should never have sold my dad the walker he did as it was too heavy. So what started as a negative experience turned out great. The issue is had I not pursued this my dad would have had to buy a second walker at full retail ($500)because a salesman wanted to make a sale. I am pleased with Carolyn’s handling of the situation but I should never have had to go through this. I do give Carolyn 5 stars but as a business only 1 star.

Bought a Viva lift recliner from Leduc Homecare supplies.
Excellent service Caroline went out of her way to make sure I had the proper chair.
Upon delivery Caroline and Bev made sure it was delivered and installed working.

My husband needed a walker for awhile after he came home from the Grey Nuns. The Leduc Home care Supplies let me rent a 4 wheel walker for a week with a deposit. This morning me and my husband returned the walker and got the full refund. I highly recommend this place if you need to rent or buy home care supplies. The staff are very friendly and very helpful😃

I was thrilled with my experience at Leduc Homecare Supplies! I needed an aircast and they went out of their way to make sure I got the right one at a great price and ensured I had the right documents for my benefits so that it would be paid for. I just recently called them inquiring about something totally different. They didn't have the product I was looking for but recommended a local business that might carry it. Very professional!

Friendly helpful staff. Hospital recommend 2" toilet seat for my 6'2 husband day after hip surgery. She moved him up to the next size thank goodness because a 2" would have been to painful that soon after.
