The medical service was great but everything else is pretty ridiculous. I had to pick up and drop off the sleep study machine from Calgary. Then I had an appointment in Canmore which was very informative. I paid $300 for the 6 week trial with a CPAP machine. Of course there was no available appointments in Canmore for the follow up appointment (supposed to be 1 week into the trial) as they only open on Thursdays. A few days in I realized that the nasal-only mask didn't work for me so I called in hopes of switching to a full face mask as I was advised to do if the nasal only mask didn't work. This had to be done in Calgary too for some reason. So I would be paying for a machine that I wouldn't be using for more that half the trial. I called and cancelled the trial and was refunded $150. Seems unfair since it is their lack of customer service that caused the machine to be useless to me during the trial. I mean how hard can it really be to exchange a mask? It could really be done at the reception. The equipment is very affordable to buy compared to what they charge to rent it. And you're going to need to buy one anyway. Everyone I dealt with was very nice though

What’s the point in having a clinic here if you have to pay out of pocket for it, as it’s a satellite clinic. Cheaper to just drive to the city where it’s free of course. Rural folks getting shafted again.
