I bought instruments from Mr. Sam in March 2023 after comparing his prices to other local and national suppliers. I am writing this review after extensive brutal usage and reprocessing of the instruments to be honest and confidant in the outcome.

Cross instruments' quality is comparable to (and even better than) Famous names such as Almedic sold by Canada Medical.

None of the instruments rusted, changed its finish, lost its flexibility, or became dull after repeated cycles of use, wash, and sterilization.

Instruments' jaws are symmetrical, and tight. Springs provide same tone and strength.

Micro instruments are truly "micro"; no mal-alignment or gapping.

Prices are way lower than other suppliers or independent competitors, given the high quality and hand picking offered by Mr. Sam.

I also purchased a micro-Loupe with light. the quality of the optics stunned me. I was hesitant to buy it, but I have no regrets for that.

Mr. Sam provided same day service even without a prior appointment.

I truly recommend any physician, dentist, Vet, or other healthcare provider to consider buying from Cross instruments, instead flushing money down the drain by buying from Canada Medical or Midline.

100% recommend Cross Instruments stethoscope! I have only used a Littmann in the past, and when that one went missing, a physician at work recommended Cross Instruments. The price is unbeatable, and the sound on it, in my opinion, is clearer and better than the Littmann. Delivery was quick, about two business days, and the company is local to Edmonton! 100% happy with this purchase and I will never go back to another brand.

Besides the quality of the instrument which is good, I'm so happy with the support of the company, my device’s charger had a problem that didn't charge properly. The support team substituted the whole set for me on their own expense and even gave me an extra pack of speculum due to inconvenience.
