I give this place 5 stars, the receptionist is always welcoming. I had the pleasure of meeting Bev, not only is she an amazing ultrasound tech, she made me feel at ease, she even was explaining what she was doing and talking throughout the appointment. I'm a very anxious, stressful individual especially with my beautiful miracle that is growing inside me, she made sure I was good and comfortable. I hope to have her throughout my whole pregnancy!

I had my 20 week scan with Bev and had a wonderful experience she was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Receptionist was friendly as well and the place is well kept ..very clean and comfortable! You’re lucky if you get sent here for imaging you will be in good hands !

This place is incredible! The reception and the techs are worth more than their weight in gold! The receptionist worked their magic and were able to squeeze me in for a same day dating ultrasound on a Friday (seriously magic ladies), we showed up a little early (as always for any appointment) and got called back right away. They have a wicked coffee machine in the waiting room my husband was thrilled about. He was also able to stay with me the entire appointment! This means a lot to us. The tech (Bev) had the BEST bedside manner I’ve ever come across..she felt like a friend. We are coming back for our 20 week ultrasound..and any other appointments we will need..well worth the drive from cold lake. Thank again ladies!

I took my father who has a heart problem here - we were 6 minutes late because he’s in a wheelchair it was hard to get him in and out of vehicle. They wouldn’t even let us in the appointment - lady was so rude at front desk - saying we have to be 15 earlier than appointment time - but didn’t say on the phone - they can be a little understanding as my father needed this appointment and had a severe heart condition and wouldn’t give us another appointment for like 3 weeks - we talked to a dr about it and told us to complain - and here I am on this review - don’t go here if you have a severe heart problem go to CGA Imaging - well worth your time and a lot more friendlier than these people that work here… not even worth a star!
