We have very poor experience working with Stefan. Please aware of this before buying any products from Pinnacle Health Products.

Finally we got the replacement unit, which we were expecting from the Pinnacle Health to work on and get it replaced since last 2 years, finally we worked ourselves with the manufacturer and got it replaced.

I hope Stefan will continue to work if there is anything in future.

He has even created a custom table to suit our needs when there was nothing available from any manufacturer. Stefan and the Pinnacle Health team had the utmost attention to customer service and satisfaction. I purchased 4 chiropractic tables for my new clinic. I've had experiences with other companies where tables would be dropped off outside the front door, leaving the customer to lift and set up.. so trust me when I say I was weary. This company was totally different. I appreciated the service throughout the entire process. From ordering, to constant updates on the ETA to delivery and set up. The tables were delivered & set up in the office for me! Stefan even took time to make sure I knew how to use the tables properly. I would not hesitate making a large purchase from this company again. Thanks!!
