Disappointing Service

I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with this place. Packages for Purolator are not being scanned properly, which causes unnecessary delays and confusion.

On top of that, the wait times at their location are ridiculous. Whether dropping off or trying to resolve an issue, I’ve had to wait far too long every single time.

If you’re looking for reliability, this isn’t the courier for you.

Do NOT rent a Uhaul from this location!!! I had a uhaul booked for 9am this morning, we show up at 9am, wait in line and he proceeds to tell us he's taking someone else to who walked in after us. We wait 20 minutes for him to tell us there is no uhaul for us and he KNEW THIS YESTERDAY!!!! Then he proceeds to argue with Uhaul on MY phone because they want to charge him $50 for not running his Uhaul pick up right! Absolutely RIDICULOUS and UNACCEPTABLE!!

1.These people sell crack and meth pipes in their front counter to start. Probably the only place in chestermere that will supply people with these to make a couple bucks profit per piece.
2. They are passive aggressive when you wait to have your purolator packs scanned. But somehow this is the only drop off where packs need to be traced after the drop off. (Twice in a row)

3. Also told them one day their pump was leaking all over the ground from the connection and she just sighed like "what do you want me to do about it?" And was left like that idk how long after.

Will not be shipping here or filling up with gas in the future ive seen enough. Kind of a stain on an otherwise beautiful neighbourhood

East pump area covered in ice. (Yes I hit the ground hard getting out of my vehicle) Waiting for spring to melt it I guess. Attendant said he saw it but had no concern to take care of the issue. I’ll never be back

There prices on most items are a little more expensive then other places, but if you want cheapest cigarettes you can find in Chestermere then this is the store to go too! My brand is almost 2 dollars cheaper then any other store in town.

Bought a Mars chocolate bar here. I opened it in my car a noticed that is was bad, see picture. The clerk told me that there was nothing wrong with it and that’s how they look. They would not give me my money back! Will never come back. Good business practice guys. Lots other places to by gas in Chestermere.

If you need to send something through purolator or fedex, go to a shipping center in the city. This place is so brutally disorganized. Spent 40 minutes there trying to send one measly envelope. The cashier kept stopping to go scoop ice cream and sell lotto tickets. He also had 0 idea what he was doing and had to call someone else for instructions. Will never be going back here again. Additionally, their convenience store prices are atrocious. They’re still selling Christmas candy in June and it isn’t even marked down. Just avoid this place all together.

DO NOT go here if you are going to get propane filled. Especially if you have a partial tank. They do not weight tanks and just bill based on the size of the tank you bring. I had 2 partial tanks from my rv that I wanted to make sure were topped up before a big trip, and each one was roughly 1/2 full. Was billed for a full fill on both. Neither even hit the scale even after I asked.
