Staff is rude and have heard the receptionists making overtly racist and offensive comments. And the place takes forever to even get in contact with you.

If it wasn't for my Dr. I wouldn't be coming here !!! Out of my way not even close to my residence. I just had a meet and greet with my Dr. Of over 14 yrs because I hadn't seen him in 3 yrs 🤷 who knew no letter or email sent to me regarding that was a policy. And the waits are always ridiculous!
The only good thing about this place is Dr. Amatto absolutely fantastic doctor very knowledgeable and professional!

I went to the walk in hours and had to wait 2 hours which was okay because they were busy. The receptionists were relatively nice and helpful. The doctor was great, he was very nice, polite, and actually cared about my concerns. However, the woman handling x-rays didn't seem to care and acted like I was a bother.

TLDR Doctor was great, receptionists were good, x-ray woman was rude

The staff are so burnt out and Dr. Laverty needs to take some time off for her personal life. She wouldnt look at my knees, or address my high blood pressure or write me a note for massages. When i booked for an appointment i requested a full physical and check up. I got my weight done thats it. Do not recommend.

I just went to the Campbell clinic to get my shot history. I walked in and the front girl told just says "There is no walk in clinic today" She didn't say hello or anything she just assumed. I told her what I wanted and she said none of the nurses could help me and told me to call in the next morning and they would give me my information over the phone. It's concerning they will provide information to people over the phone without any ID. Anyways they were just not helpful, rude and were not there to actually help me instead they mode it a frustrating experience.

I saw Dr. k Laverty. A bad experience on all 4 visits. The nurse Val is very unprofessional will call you "kiddo" even though I'm 4 years younger than her. Dr. Laverty made me come back several times for the same thing (over billing) also she got mad when I had given her a form for my work -even though she promised to get it completed in 2 days-it still was not done-then had the nerve to tell me to go to the walkin clinic next time if I needed a form done...after paying her $85 to fill out the SHORT form. REFUSED to book an MRI for a shoulder problem when I've already had the other shoulder done (rotatory cuff) i was very stressed going there and found a new wonderful doctor after seeing this one 4 times. DON'T GO!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Had an appointment booked for today. I had to wait over a month to get in. I show up and I'm informed that the receptionist booked me in with the wrong doctor.

I'm then informed that the doctor Im booked with refuses to see the other doctors patients. And I need to rebook. The next available date is 3 weeks away. So, I'm having health complications that could potentially be serious and I had to wait for a month to get in and then I wait and get cancelled due to their error and have to wait another month. This is why the emergency rooms get full.

I reccomend avoiding this place and going to Palliser Medical Clinic, they will get you in within a week.

It has been 9 years since my previous check up and this place always reminds me why i dislike going to a doctors office. they make it feel like they don't care about the clients, personally i would like to miss as little work as possible but they don't seem to like to work around schedules.
I had to do for a follow up with my results and was told my appointment is at 1, asked for something later and was told 1 a week later.... so i specified later time of day. but good news i got it!.... a month later, couldn't someone just say you have high cholesterol and maybe i shouldn't eat so much bacon? anyways i rated it one because google doesn't believe in out right fails. only go here if you need a prostate exam, that way the least traumatic part will be the exam its self.
