Excellent treatment and massage. Jack Bang found all of my tight spots and even ones I didn’t even know I had. He was also very knowledgeable and helped me better understand my ailments. I look forward to my next treatment with him. The receptionist was also very kind. She was very welcoming and made everyone around her feel comfortable.

Had an excellent experience with Ariana , very intelligent and thorough. I’m a farmer as well as a rancher so I just about needed a jack hammer to break my knots and she did it with ease. The range of motion I have now is incredible and makes my work life exponentially better and less painful. Great place great people!

Started going to 4 Elements last month & honestly have had a really great experience every time! Christine did a really great job! I have a ton of scar tissue & she really worked on breaking it down & making my shoulders/neck feel so much better.
The other thing I really enjoyed was she explained a lot of what she had done, things to help improve it as well as after the massage explained how it was important to still move & work out so the scar tissue continues to improve. Thank you 4 Elements & Christine for such a wonderful experience!

I would also like to mention a big thanks to the wonderful ladies at the front, always friendly, welcoming & a smile on their face to greet every client walking in the doors! Always a great chat before or after the appointments!

Had a massage with Jack & although he’s fairly quiet, he did an INCREDIBLE job. One of the best massage experiences I have had. He did an excellent job working on my areas of concern & I walked out feeling so much better than I had gone in. I was a little nervous because I think I’m used to having a massage therapist who’s a bit more chatty but honestly I was so impressed I have booked another 2 massages with Jack now!

If you are looking for a massage therapist who knows what they are doing & are okay with a quieter massage therapist I would HIGHLY recommend him!

Had what I would call my first massage today, Alex at 4 Elements gave me the massage and it feels great. she said it will probably take a couple days to feel the full affect so I will try to update how I feel then. The whole experience at 4 Elements was great the receptionists were very helpful and again Alex was wonderful.

So wonderful! very attentive to my needs making sure I was always comfortable (putting the heating pad on, making sure the blankets were keeping me warm, using the wedge when I laid on my back and helped me sit up). The perfect pressure was also used, not leaving me sore or uncomfortable after the massage. 10/10 recommend for anyone pregnant.

I’ve been going to 4 Elements Massage Clinic for a while now, and I have to say, Dr. Chris Middleton is amazing! I had never tried acupuncture before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but he made the whole experience super comfortable.

It’s been such a game-changer for me. It has helped a ton with my stress, my tight muscles, and I always leave feeling so much lighter and more relaxed. Dr. Chris really knows his stuff!

The front desk staff is also super friendly and welcoming. They're always so helpful, and it just makes the whole experience even better.

I also tried acupuncture before my cycle to help with pain, and it made such a difference. I didn’t even need to take pain relievers like I usually do. I can’t recommend him enough—if you’re thinking about acupuncture, just go for it!
