Very professional and polite. First time visiting, I was treated nicely. I was taken in to the doctor's room after 20 minutes or so, and waited there for about 30 minutes more before the doctor came in. That's about standard waiting time, if you've visited other clinics.

Had a terrible experience here, women with any health issues that could be related to their reproductive system DO NOT GO HERE, Im trying to spare you to defeat you will feel walking out of your appointment. Unwanted lectures on birth control and a man explaining how chronic pain is normal are the only things you will find here. He was wrong btw! There are other options out there to the poor person who needs help reading my comment, I'm sorry and good luck!

One of the few family clinics serving the Panorama community. The doctors are friendly and very professional. There is Alao a pharmacy within the same building which makes filling prescriptions easy. While the allow walk-ins, it’s best to book an appointment.

went in today expecting a very long wait and it was only an hour and a half. all staff - reception and medical - were efficient, professional and pleasant. in a system that is challenging and probably overwhelming at times, this clinic deserves a thumbs up.

Today, my wife experienced a profoundly distressing experience while taking our son to this walk-in clinic. They were instructed to wait for their turn. After enduring a two-hour wait, they were informed that the doctor had departed for lunch. The lack of professionalism exhibited by the clinic staff was unacceptable. My wife left the clinic with a significant sense of disappointment, as she was unable to receive a checkup for our sick son. I wish that I could have given a zero rating for this experience if there would have been an option. I hope the clinic management develops a mechanism to ensure that patients do not face such an experience in the future.

They advertise making appointments online and self check-in at the clinic. I did all that. But after an unreasonably long wait, i finally went to ask the receptionist (who was very courteous btw). So apparently self check-ins don't show up on the clinic's system, that's why my name was never called! What a poorly managed computer system. (So to owners of the Medicentre franchise: something simple as this is simply unacceptable. You can hire me to assess and rectify your operational inefficiencies.)

stay away from this clinic.....worst experience we had last day ....I took my son with a sore throat and difficulty breathing. They took a sample of him from his throat...to tell us in 2 days what he had, without giving him any medication, and the child got worse at night. We took the child to another doctor next day with low oxygen and they gave him immediate treatment and we saved the hospital. I'm thinking of reporting them to the health authority!!!

Really great staff. Short wait times. Been here a few times for the walk in and always have had a positive experience. It’s great to have such a reliable clinic close to home 😊
