If 0 stars was a thing I would have given it. Google says they opened at 9, I arrived at 10:50 the sign on the door said they opened at 11. Not a big deal, turns out they didn’t open until 12.. they then informed me that they have no doctors for walk ins (at a walk in clinic) until 1. No where was this information shared in the waiting room. If wasting peoples time was an Olympic sport this place would have the gold medal. Also they can’t be bothered to take your temperature or blood pressure they tell you to go check it yourself in the pharmacy then take a photo of the results on your phone. Useless and blatant disregard for the people they serve. I see that their 2.8 stars was hard earned. Don’t waste your time here if you are ill. In fact places like this shouldn’t be allowed to conduct business.

Some of the doctors are very good but clinic is badly managed.
We came back for results and followed the instruction on the phone call that come early and will be the first one as walk in after the first appointment patient and we asked for appointment but was told last visit was walked in cannot book appointment, Really?
Based on that instruction we came in early around 8:30 and we did hold the top position as walked in but front desk let us waited about 2 hours to see the doctor and we did get the results all normal from My health records app but we were called in to come back.
We checked while waited for more than an hour but the front desk lady was not responsive at all.
Doctor we visited is super nice and knowledgeable but the front desk needs to improve their work quality. Instead of being told will be the first walk-in patient after the first patient with appointment, we were told that doctor already saw 12 patients then allowed us in the room..
Oh well...I wish you are Healthy and Stay away from this clinic

Came to this place a few times through out the years. Service was great at first. The doctor and staff were amazing. Sad to say it’s clear those days are long gone.

Only reason why they get 1 star is due to the adequate service of the front desk team.

Absolutely Terrible Experience with Gloria Ikeneku.

I waited about 2 hours to see the doctor, only to feel completely dismissed and disrespected during my appointment. From the moment I sat down, it was clear the doctor had no interest in being present or engaging with me. She acted as though I was wasting her time and seemed more focused on rushing to the next patient than actually helping me.

When I tried to explain my symptoms as I believed them to be related, I was met with looks of judgment and irritation. At one point, she even told me I was presenting “too many ailments” and that I could only discuss one issue per visit. This made me feel unheard and invalidated as a patient.

To make matters worse, she became visibly upset when I took 18 minutes of her time (even though I waited 2 hours!) because she had only “allotted” 15 minutes for me. She then proceeded to openly blame me to the next patient for their wait time, which was unprofessional and humiliating.

On top of that, she prescribed me medication that had nothing to do with the reason I came in. Her attitude, bedside manner, and level of care were appallingly bad. I left feeling worse than when I came in, both physically and emotionally.

If you value your time and want a doctor who actually listens and cares, I strongly advise going elsewhere.

Gloria, do better

Was there for walk in as me and my toddler were both sick with ear infection. There were only 3-4 people waiting when we went in. Then over 10 people came in after and went in before us. We were told that they all had appointments and we were the only walk ins. We waited over 1.5 hrs. Finally that lady doctor checked on us and prescribed us antibiotics due to our ear infections. She didn’t tell me that my 2 year old and I should get on probiotics when taking antibiotics (which I now know it wasn’t even necessary for us to take antibiotics). Now my toddler has a even weaker immune system and got eczema and is suddenly lactose intolerant which she never had these problems before. She really wrecked my toddler’s long term health. I really regret coming to this clinic. Worst decision of my life!

If I could give 0, I would. They are an incredibly mismanaged clinic. No respect for appointments. We were the first appointment of the day, arrived first, waited 30 minutes alone, were put in a room first, and were left waiting because others were complaining they "needed to leave".

Note to mgmt - Everyone needs to leave..! no one can spend the entire day hanging out in your office.

If this is lack of training, process, or procedure, then fix it.. that's what managers are for, to manage.

Really disappointing. First time I came here I was given improper treatment, I have a condition that makes me anemic but I cant take iron pills, and the doctor told me he was very familiar with this condition. When I came in for a follow-up on my blood test results, he prescribed me iron pills and I left. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to try them again this morning for a different issue, and I never made it inside. It said open at 9am online and at the front of the clinic. I sat out there from 8:40am to 9:10am with a pack of timbits to start their morning right. No one answered the phones, the lights were off, and the doors locked. Terrible service.

I have been coming here for 3 years now. The operation of this clinic was great in the beginning, but recently it seems like they are falling apart.

Despite the staff speak in their own language, they don’t seem to communicate well. I once went with an appointment but later found out I went on the wrong day, the receptionist then made an appointment for me for the next day. She explained that they do not usually make appointments on the weekends but she had made mine an exception.

I then went back the next day at my appointment time. A different receptionist was on shift, so I told her that I came for my appointment. She then asked me to sit down. 75 minutes later, I asked her how much longer I have to wait because I had an appointment. She then said they do not take walk-ins on Saturdays… meaning she also did not hear me the first time.

Mind you that if they do communicate well or if they read any notes that are written on the patient’s files, I would not have to wait 2 hours for my booked appointment and later faint in the clinic because I was too hungry and dehydrated from waiting. Yes, I did not prepare enough water and snack this time because I was expecting a booked appointment.

Updates [Oct. 31, 2024]

The system seems to have gone better among the staff and the doctors have been attentive. I haven’t been yet, but I have been receiving emails regarding walk-in’s being available with zero waiting. I take it that they have taken an initiative to make changes. Thank you for making improvements! ⭐️

Absolutely terrible was denied medication I have been taking daily for the past 3 years due to the doctor not having a long enough history with me regardless of my medical records my medication has serious side effects if not taken then had police called on me for so called aggressive behaviour yet I was completely discriminated for being a white male in 2025
