The most disgusting clinic I've ever been to.
Why the hell would you even make an appointment if you have to wait three hours for a doctor to see you?
I made an appointment for November, went there as it was necessary in time, in the end, all people canceled the appointment for that day, no one notified, did not call.
Sheldon clinic treats addicts better than this clinic.

Make an appointment or drop in… seems to take about the same time to see a doctor. Which is usually more than an hour.

Doctor seems completely disinterested and if you go back for a follow-up appt. to review results, he won’t remember you or why you’re there, or seem to care.

One of the receptionists is rude and unpleasant.

So glad now to have a good doctor at a professional, respectful practice.

Went there the first time a couple weeks ago for my stomach. I got X-rays and wasn't called about them. I left 2 voicemails and they never called me back or anything. I went to a different doctors office and she told me about my X-rays and said I had a blockage and I need to do a few things to solve it. The doctor didn't even bother to call me about my results and I could have been doing something sooner if they had called me. not going back.

Dr Pedermo has a note on my file saying he will "not see this patient in the future". And no reason stated as to why..... I have a complicated medical file and I always take notes WHICH IS MY LEGAL RIGHT. For any appt, specialist included. No other medical professional cares and some of my doctors even encourage it. My regular family doctor Dr saalman has NEVER mentioned this as a problem but Dr Pedermo does. It can be a lot during some of these appointments and I have a hard time keeping track of it all. I respectfully told the doctor that I will be keeping my phone on during the appt (no recording or camera out he could visibly see what I was doing). Once again he stops typing (never looked at me once unless he was yelling at me to stop using my phone). I finally told him I'm not putting it away and he dropped it. Now I have a note refusing medical care? Thank god he's not my family doctor........ With all the problems of the healthcare system currently there is absolutely no reason why he should be allowed to make that note on my file. I have not endangered anyone, didn't even use bad language. He just didn't want to get caught doing something wrong. Also no need to be condescending and point to some sign about no phones when no other doctor has brought this up.

Went in for a doctors note to clear myself for a job. Originally they told me it would be $30-40. They then charged me $80 for a note 10 lines long due to it being “more detailed”. It has 5 spelling mistakes in it and the Dr was initially hesitant to even write it, even though I had a test done specifically to clear me of any concerns with this specific issue. I don’t understand what the extra cost was considering the appointment was a maximum of 15 minutes.

Front Staff actually allow walk in patients to leave and come back after awhile when the wait times are long, which is awesome! But one shouldn't ask them to call or text when it's time to call back. I overheard a couple of other walk in patients asking for this, and the staff felt super badly for saying no, but come on, the staff are overwhelmed. I appreciated how open they are about the provincial cutbacks to healthcare (photos attached), and how much nice artwork they also have in their facility (photos also attached). Faris Mohammad is a great doctor who instantly knew what was wrong and helped me out super fast, and now I've recovered four times as fast as he said I would (2 days versus 8 days!!). They also have some wall plug ins in the waiting area. Super nice that they're open for partial hours on Saturday. Will come back if I need to!

Receptionists are very rude and always give you adittude over the phone and in person. Unless you're a woman or elderly person, which is unbelievably unprofessional. They shouldn't be working in health care if they can't be kind to all sorts of people who are seeking medical help. Extremely unprofessional!

I've been coming here for the past two years due to my asthma and needing inhalers to breathe. And for the past two years, every time I walk through the door, they give me a condescending look like they don't want me here or I'm such a burden.

It would be nice to be greeted and treated kindly when you walk through the door.

What a wonderful staff and doctor. The doctor shook my hand as I was walking out of the room. Just shows you how much they have respect for their patients.
