Terrible experience with Dr Zaidi. It was the first time I saw him. First off he did not introduce himself. Secondly he wasn’t willing to treat my child. And lastly he has a very poor ability to deal with the public. He’s more interested in typing on his computer and looking at the screen. Awful social skills, rude and makes you feel like you’re wasting his time. We left his office and went directly to another office and got immediate care from a lovely doctor who cares. If I could give Zaidi zero stars I would.

I had a 10/10 experience. The receptionists are very respectful and helpful. Dr. Diana was very professional and actually listener to all the issues. I have been in Canada for about 5 years and this was the first time that I felt taken care of and heard. The staff is very quick and responsive. Definitely recommend!!

Very prompt, knowledgeable doctor. Front desk staff are very friendly and professional.
Dr Zaidi is a "get to the point" kind of doctor so the visits are not typically long. Personally I very much appreciate that. It's a respect for each other's time.
I have always found his attention to be precise and his diagnosis excellent.
I highly recommend this clinic.

Smooth experience with my first walk in appointment. It was convenient that I was able to schedule a walk in appointment, and it helped me to know what time I need to go from work without a long wait time

Went to get an IUD inserted and was tortured for 30min for the Doctor to tell me that my cervix was inverted and couldn’t do it. They told me they would order an extra IUD for me and refer me to a gyno. They never ordered me a new IUD like they said and then I had to go and pay for another one. Not great service!

I had a great experience at Signature Clinic a few weeks ago. I called before I decided to make the drive over, as it was a Friday afternoon, and most walk-in clinics were already closed. The kind receptionist on the phone assured me that they were still open, and that I would be seen almost immediately. I drove over and I was in and out within just a few minutes with a prescription in hand for my infected finger which was causing me a great deal of discomfort and pain . The receptionist and the front-end staff were absolutely professional, kind, and very courteous. The doctor addressed my concern immediately, and followed up by telling me that if it doesn’t clear up in the next few days to come back. The pharmacy right next to the clinic was also exceptionally quick, and I have my prescription within just a few minutes. They were also extremely kind and helpful, and having everything done within the span of 15 minutes was very convenient. I felt well taken care of, and I will definitely be coming back to this clinic next time. Thank you so much!

At first I was a bit hesitant to visit this clinic based on the reviews. My experience was great. I found everyone to be extremely professional and kind. Dr Zaida is now my family doctor. I communicated the reason for my visit in an efficient manner and doctor Zaida provided the attention I required. The province of Alberta makes it very difficult for family physicians to operate, I feel this clinic is doing the best they can. Remember that they need to see as many patients as possible to keep their business alive. Make sure you arrive ready to communicate your issues as efficiently as possible, it will give you more time with the doctor. I like how Dr Zaida is quick and to the point, allowing me to get back to my day as quickly as possible. I’ll be going to this clinic from now on. Thanks!
