I wouldn't say that the clinic is bad. The staff are really friendly, the only thing that is a bit inconvenient is that it is quite difficult to take an appointment.
With other things I completely satisfied.

Believe me, I saw much worse clinics.

Today and yesterday I sat on hold for over 30 minutes without ever speaking to anyone, during open business hours. Like right now. It's 4:25 pm. They close at 5 pm. Still on hold. This has happened many times. I've literally driven there while on hold to find them sitting at the desk, not answering the call.
The only thing good about this clinic is Dr. Pepino. And Becky is the absolute worst receptionist by far that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She makes checking in for every appointment especially difficult. Considering I have been a patient of my family doctor for many years but I'm interrogated every time I come in. I can't stand it.
*Update: Feb 2/25- couldnt get anyone on the phone again. I went to the clinic, it was open. I tried calling and still no answer on the phone and no patients were at the desk.
Why don't the receptionists answer the phone here?.

I have been seeing Dr Pepino for years. She is incredibly attentive and kind, she takes time to address my issues. I have never been rushed on a appointment. I have never experienced the staff being rude as others have stated.

Becky is a gem. She is the most polite respectful professional working the front desk. There is one front end person who as far as I am concerned should not be working there. She usually sits in the middle. The first time my appointment was for 11:20 am, I arrived at 11:10 am. I sat in an empty office waiting while she was leading walk-ins ahead of me.when I went up to the desk she told me I was marked as a no show. Becky checked me in and also told this individual that she checked me in. How she did not see me sitting directly in front of her is beyond me. My second experience with the same individual was just last week. My appointment was for 9:20 am I sat there until 9:45 am watching her lead walk-ins again ahead of my. She actually checked me in for 9:20 am when I confronted her she had the audacity to tell me my appointment was for 10:20 am I told her no it was For 9:20 am again she repeated 10:20 am and I replied no 9:20. Did she actually think I would show up at 9 10 am for a 10:20 am appointment. I have severe back issues and sitting in those hard chairs is hard enough on one’s spine then have to deal with such an incompetent individual. The front end staff would be better off without such an incompetent rude individual. I do know how to take a blood pressure reading, being a Senior I have had this done more times than she has been alive. She put the cuff on the raised my arm up. She definitely needs more proper training. I was also booked for a phone consult with my doctor by Becky and again the individual who called to remind me of my appointment gave me the incorrect time. I had the time marked on my calendar and confirmed with Becky before hanging up.

Absolutely ridiculous clinic. I booked an appointment for a Tuesday on a Saturday, Monday came around & they called & told me they had to cancel my appointment because the doctor wouldn’t be working then & they didn’t have a reason for why they booked me in for that time if no doctor was working & then they told me to go as a walk in & that I had until 8pm to do so .. So I went as a walk in around noon & got refused to be seen. 0 stars. Don’t waste your time.

Had a Saturday weekend clinic appointment and there was not proper signage for the clinic lab. Says it’s closed, you find your way inside only to wander around, you’re told to go back outside and finally even though it’s the Medicentre pharmacy if you’re desperate enough you try the door (even though says CLOSED) and it opens. When mentioning to staff they say it’s for the pharmacy. No apologies. Recommended if OPEN for a weekend clinic then please put a sign on the door.

Best walk in I've found, have used them for years. Friendly helpful staff and knowledgeable doctors. Open pretty late too. I think some peoples other reviews may have gotten treated how they treated others first. Be polite and patient and they will happily return the favour. Thanks to all the staff here.

Dr.Emezie is the worst doctor I've seen in Calgary, you'll be lucky to get 15 seconds of his time because they always overbook .

Had to chase him out the door once and literally ask for another referral or second opinion... his reply " I'll send the referral to the same clinic " ....... Basically the opposite of what I asked .

Never met a lazy doctor ... cant even take a minute to sign or look through documents.
