I've been coming here for a while since my family doctor retired. The clinic is usually efficient, and the doctors have always been helpful. However, my most recent experience has completely changed my opinion, and I won’t be returning.

As a full-time student working two jobs, finding time for a doctor's appointment is extremely difficult. I scheduled an appointment on one of my rare free days. When I arrived, I was told I had been booked for the previous day instead. This was shocking, as I had clearly told the staff member over the phone that I couldn’t come in that day, and she even confirmed the correct date with me.

The receptionist trying to figure out the issue was polite, but another staff member in the back continued to argue with me as if I was at fault, while the rest of the staff gave dirty looks and whispered to one another, making me feel like I had done something wrong. I was upset because I needed medication for my anxiety and was told I’d now have to wait three days to see a doctor — all due to their mistake or misunderstanding.

I ended up going to Creekside Medicinal Centre, where I was greeted immediately and accommodated without issue. The difference in care and friendliness was night and day.

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Victor. After analyzing my symptoms, he downplayed their severity and told me I lacked medical knowledge, insisting further investigation was unnecessary. He attempted to silence me and was essentially yelling at me without any empathy. For the first time in a doctor's consulting room, I felt bullied. It was only after I pointed out that doctors like him contribute to patients suffering and dying from illnesses that could have been prevented with timely investigation that he reluctantly decided to give me a requisition for an X-ray and ultrasound.

The experience was so unpleasant that he even provided a prescription with another patient’s name and identifying information. I will present evidence of the other patients when necessary. Overall, it was an ugly and distressing encounter.

Dr. Peter is amazing! He is super kind and caring. He showed me so many pictures to help my understanding, and explained about everything very kindly and gently. I do love his treatment. Highly recommend. Thank you so much, Dr. Peter

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Infiniti Medical Clinic. I had a scheduled phone appointment today for a prescription refill, but no one called me at the appointed time. In fact, I never received a call at all. It seems the clinic completely missed my appointment. This level of neglect and lack of communication is concerning, especially when it comes to managing prescriptions. I hope the clinic takes steps to improve their processes to ensure patients aren’t left without the care they need.

Dr. Cenabre is one of the best doctors one could ever hoped for. He is caring, compassionate, kind, professional and understanding. He will explain what needs to be done, why it's needed and what to expect. I wish that all doctors are like him who will treat you like family and not just statistics. More power to you, Dr. Cenabre and to all the staff members of Infiniti Medical!

I was able to get a walk in appointment the same day. The clinic is very clean and the staff and very nice and friendly. Highly recommend this clinic.

Our family of 4 are with Dr. Emad Mitry, we are very happy with Dr. Mitry. Best experience with Dr. Mitry is... he brings in a female Dr. Sue Adam if it is needed to check up. The clinic is clean and professional!

Dr. Dolinka is the best walk-in doctor I have ever seen. He is patient and genuinely cares about his patients. I appreciate that he took my concerns seriously. spent time explaining the medical terms in plain language and provided suggestions that were actionable. I would highly recommend Dr. Dolinka to anyone. One thing though, before you drop in, make sure to call and see his availability for the day.
