I had been looking into treatments for wrinkles and aging skin when I found the EvolveWell Clinic. After an initial informative consultation, I was scheduled with Karen, a highly qualified R.N. My appointment was fantastic! Karen made me feel at ease immediately. She explained everything so clearly and I felt so comfortable. I am so ABSOLUTELY pleased with the results. It was all I expected and more! As well, the staff of the clinic were so professional and welcoming. I highly recommend EvolveWell.

I’ve had several treatments at EvolveWell and couldn’t be happier with the results. Getting older comes with its challenges, but I’m thrilled to have found a clinic that truly understands what I’m going through and offers real solutions. I’ve been especially thrilled with my Hormone Therapy (HTR). I hadn’t realized just how bad I was feeling until I started the treatment. After a few adjustments, we found the perfect balance, and I feel like I’m back in my thirties! I have more energy, I’m sleeping better, my concentration has improved, and I generally feel more like myself again. If you're struggling with perimenopause or menopause, I highly recommend investing in your health at EvolveWell. You will feel the difference!

Look, we can do this all day if you want, but the facts are this:
- YOU removed me from the list after I wrote a negative review on Instagram
- your clinic dropped the ball multiple times in communicating correctly, when I could make an appointment…let alone actually be seen
- while I appreciate your well wishes, publicly online, for all to see…where was the concern when I was reaching out multiple times for help?

You need to admit that your clinic has poor customer service on the front end. I cannot speak for the medical staff because your “bulldogs” wouldn’t let me through the gates. I stand by my review.

I much prefer to write positive reviews, but alas not in this case.

Essentially, I have been suffering from severe peri-menopause systems for almost two years. My symptoms range from debilitating migraines, insomnia, anxiety & depression, mood swings, weight gain, thinning hair, low libido, itchy dry skin, rashes, acne & weird bumps, failing eyesight, joint pain, brain fog, GI issues, hot & cold flushes, and the list goes on. I have been bed ridden for much of this time between the symptoms and trying different HRT combinations. What I need is a menopause specialist to help my specific situation, as I am having more complex issues than just hot flashes. Good luck finding a doctor, let alone one who is up to date on research and a long wait, usually months to get in. I have been educating myself since the medical system has not been trained to help women at this time of life and working with my amazing Family physician who looks outside the box and listens to me.

I still need help to balance my hormones, as I know I am on the right track. I had suffered long enough and decided to give in and reach out to Evolve Well, even if I had to pay for the service. My husband called twice, first to see if it would be a good fit. Then he called back after I filled out their online booking form and hadn’t heard anything after a week. The staff said they would contact me within the month to book an appointment for about 4 to 5 months out, which was shocking considering this is a private clinic, but sure tells you the amount of women suffering. I did fill out another form about a week later asking if I could be put on a cancellation list because I was suffering so badly. I got no response.

About a month and a half goes by from the initial contact and I sent an email asking when I can make an appointment because no one had contacted me?! I got a canned response from a staff member saying someone should be calling me soon. Almost two weeks later, I had enough and posted a negative comment on their Instagram about their apathetic customer service on a post promoting how much they CARE about their current/incoming patients. I FINALLY got a response…to bugger off!? 🤯 Seems like a very shady company, that do not care about helping desperate women and a money grab because to be honest, peri-menopause/menopause care and treatments should be covered in our health care system (that’s a whole other topic though!).

I shared my experience, like above, in response on their IG comments and they BLOCKED me and probably removed my comments! Lol! If that’s not shady, what is!? That is what brings me here, in hopes that I can spread the word about this poorly run clinic and their uncaring front of staff. My hope is the government will step in the future (I know, wishful thinking!) and help women at this time of life, leaving clinics like Evolve Well out of business and obsolete. Be warned that if you can even get an appointment, this clinic does not appear to be well run. I wish all my fellow peri menopausal women best wishes…I am suffering with you. You are not alone…I hear you and hopefully one day there will be more help for women like us. ♥️

Could you please show me where in the fine print it states that my $100 deposit is non-refundable? I paid to book an appointment, canceled two months in advance, and yet my deposit was still kept. Money grab!

Jeanette, Kathy and their team are all wonderful caring people. The minute you arrive they make you feel like your health and wellbeing are their most important concern. Jeanette has changed my quality of life my mental and physical wellbeing to the extreme!! Both Men and Women would benefit from this wonderful caring Integrative Medical Clinic!!!
