They are extremely helpful when you purchase assistive equipment from them. They come to the residence to install without any charge. The product we purchased gave us some issues and when we called to tell them, they came to pick it up, found us a better product and refunded the price. It took Dave from Adapt Mobility to show me that there are actually people out there who care and are trying to make a difference for people with disabilities.

My wife is disabled and has been since 2007. We have been struggling non-stop with people giving us promises and never coming through. If you are disabled or caring for someone who is you should know what I'm talking about. I firmly believed that I was alone in all this. Dave showed me that there are still people that care. He clearly explained the program we were working with and how to get the most out of it. He also went out of his way to help, finding used, ready to be disposed of equipment that was still functional to see if any of it would help my wife. Believe me, we are not opposed to used equipment. For the first time in years she was able to get her temperature under control by having a bath - that was only made possible by Dave finding this equipment. Dave is one of the few people I am comfortable having in my home and actually look forward to it. His actions have touched my heart, brought me to tears and allowed me to believe that there are still people who care. I had lost that. I cannot express my gratitude for Adapt Mobility and Dave.
