When I first found Tracy I was so happy. She listened and I felt heard. Then something changed when she moved to the new building and for some reason I felt uncomfortable going there. Just got this weird vibe from Nancy and Tracy. Then I had a phone call appointment to get results and she never called. When I called back they blamed it on the phone lines. Tracy never called to give me the results or apologize but had a co worker do it3 days later. Then she ghosted me.

Tracey McGowan is a disgrace to medical practice. She ghosts patients as many other reviews here can attest to. Seems cruel to offer women a health clinic just for them only to have such appalling medical care.

I actually love this place, I have been to a lot of places for laser hair removal, facials etc. And honestly these ladies are the absolute best. You feel so at home, everyone has been warm and welcoming and make you feel secure. Big shout out to Nancy who I’ve seen a few times now and really enjoy my visits with her every time, I actually look forward to seeing her! I met Jane tonight who also an amazing lady! They are knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and just awesome. I came here because I bought a card from a wedding show and just figured it was a good deal and honestly they won me completely over. I am now getting my legs lasted there and plan to stay here. Thank you ladies for everything you do and the ladies you are, I appreciate you!

I was excited like other woman who've made a review about this clinic, I felt heard and that my issues weren't in my imagination! I was told I would have a diet emailed to me that I should follow to help my body increase my progesterone. As well as I was to talk to the nutritionist about the diet I was going to be emailed. An appointment was supposed to be set up for the nutritionist. As well it was said come back in six months to run my blood again and see how everything is.

Two weeks after my first appointment at this clinic I still didn't receive the email about diet like I was supposed to.
(I had received the email about my first blood test previous to my appointment,so they knew my email)
I phoned the clinic and they said sorry it will be sent shortly. A month later still nothing I emailed the clinic this time with all my information again and explained the situation. No reaspons to the email. It's been 1 and a half years and still nothing, no call at the six month mark about coming back, no call from the nutritionist to talk about the diet that should have been sent to me a long time ago. After the last attempt of getting the information the doctor was supposed to send to me I'd given up.

I am extremely impressed with Emily Rose. I had a few facial treatments done. Nancy was so attentive. Many places are more focused on selling products or services than what is best for the client. I never felt pressured to purchase anything at all. I did end up getting extra services. I did this when it was explained to me in detail how it would benefit my skin. Some places l have been to in the past speak to you as if you couldn't possibly understand what is best for you. My background is skin care so l know what they are talking about. I left happy every time. I can't say enough how impressed I was with both Nancy and this gem of a spa. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love visiting Emily Rose. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave you are really looked after so well. Nicole really took her time to help me and my mother find the right skin care products and I’m excited to see the results! Really looking forward to returning in a few weeks time for more pampering 🙂 The clinic itself is beautifully decorated and you literally don’t want to leave. Even picked up a few ideas for my next home reno project! The staff are very knowledgeable and I feel in the best hands. Thank you to all for making us feel so special and beautiful!

I have been attending Emily-Rose for about a year for various consults and more importantly, the issues surrounding menopause. Tracey McGowan is amazing not only in advice and knowledge but also in her ability at performing non-surgical procedures. A big shout out to Nicole! She is excellent at what she does as well. For a clinic that caters exclusively to women, more importantly, menopausal women, I highly recommend Tracey and her team!!

What an ineradicable find! Where has Tracey been all my life?!? I've never had a doctor/nurse listen to me, ask me questions and generally care about my holistic well being like Tracey. Plus her clinic is so beautiful! Gone are my days waiting in drab, old fashioned waiting rooms, explaining myself to doctors who only care about getting patients in & out as quickly as possible. I was surprised to hear her services weren't covered by AB Health but my benefits covered the fees. Highly recommended!
