J’ai eu une bonne expérience avec l’administration, c’était assez facile de prendre un rdv. Il faut payer le parking au minimum 6$ pour une heure, même si le rdv a duré 5 min. Car c’est bien la que j’ai était déçu. Le dr Fatemah Jafarian, m’a examiné pour un skin check littéralement 2min. Elle n’a même pas regarder sous mes aisselles , sous mes pieds dans les cheveux….elle a était très expéditive et je ne me suis pas sentie considérée. Je retournerais dans cette clinique mais je vais demander un autre docteur. Mon mari a eu le dr Devani et il a pris le temps avec lui comme il le fallait.

Dr. Megan Sanders has been my dermatologist for about 6 years and I followed her to this clinic 4+ years ago.
It's a great place!
Front check-in staff are fantastic, quick check-ins, efficient follow up and friendly, helpful, upbeat staff.
Nurses like Laura are compassionate, patient and professional and put me at ease during any procedure.
Physicians like Dr. Megan Sanders are fantastic, she quickly spots any skin issues and deals with them and my concerns immediately, professionally and with patience and compassion.
I love this clinic, I always feel at ease during a visit and I recommended it to a friend who has also become a client. My friend was extremelly happy with their medical support from Dr. Megan's husband who is also on staff.
I'm pleased to see that they will now be incorporating some cosmetic skincare options for purchase at the clinic or online.
Thank you all for always putting me at ease with the highest level of kindness and professionalism.
Overall...great Physicians, Nurses and Support Staff., I highly recommend this clinic.❣️

Dr.Megan Sanders and her team are an above and beyond kind of group. From the moment you are retrieved from the very well maintained reception, every step, every procedure, performed with your comfort in mind. Dr. Sanders explains everything clearly and ensures your understanding. Her nurses are exceptional in their care too. These are very professional well trained people who still have wonderful, caring personalities. I enjoy going to the clinic knowing my skin health is in THE best care possible. Thank you is not enough, but please know my depth of appreciation

I cannot say enough about Dr. Olivia Potok. Such a competent, efficient, thoughtful physician. Also sees pediatrics. Very attentive and caring and her nursing staff is fabulous. The clinic itself is very very difficult to reach over the phone- I have never gotten a call picked up in less than a 30 minute wait. However that being said I would put up with much worse for the quality of care here. Exemplary patient care. Thank you!

The Professional services provided at this center are excellent! From booking appointments to check-in and treatments, the staff are first-class. Particularly noteworthy are Dr. Megan Sander and her nurse Emily. Both explain the procedures as they are conducting them, are very polite and considerate of your comfort.

I had a procedure done January 23, 2025 by Dr. Toni Burbidge and her nurse Cicily. I was very concerned about going there but once I met these wonderful ladies my concerns went away. Dr. Burbidge went through the steps of the procedure in great detail which made me feel comfortable enough to let Cicily do the procedure and treatment. I highly recommend this clinic and of course if you're lucky enough to get the doctor and nurse I had that's an extra bonus. This 81 year old guy is very picky and guarded but these ladies are excellent...thank you.

It was my first appointment with Dr. Ali and she was great. I found her to be very thorough and professional as well as kind. The other staff that I saw were also very friendly. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone needing a dermatologist.

Had my first consultation here and was very impressed with the clinic. All staff was very friendly and on time with my appt. Met with Dr. M Chow and felt like she really listened to me and took her time with me. Great first impression!
