Lors de mon séjour à Calgary, je suis allée à Trueskin Clinic à quelques reprises. Ma première visite était pour un « deep pore cleanse «. J’ai adoré ce traitement et j’ai trouvé Wendy vraiment professionnelle. Je suis retournée la semaine suivante pour essayer le « jet Peel facial « avec Isabelle, un traitement qui m’a donné beaucoup d’éclat….Je me sentais plus jeune.
Très belle clinique, accueil chaleureux et service exceptionnel.
J’ai retournerai sans faute lors de mon prochain séjour.

I had a wonderful experience at TrueSkin Clinic with Isabelle. I'm new to Calgary and struggling with the air dryness here, and she customized a facial for me to help with my dry winter skin. Isabelle is such a knowledgeable, warm, friendly, and genuine person. She left my skin dewy, hydrated and glowing, and gave me samples for an excellent moisturizer that has worked well for me. The clinic aesthetic is beautiful, clean and modern, and so relaxing. I would highly recommend this skin care clinic and will be returning regularly!

I used to visit Isabelle back when I lived downtown, and my skin always looked fantastic. After moving to the suburbs, I spent time and money trying out other clinics closer to home. While the results were okay, they didn’t compare. Eventually, I decided to stop experimenting and returned to Isabelle.

She took the time to listen to my concerns, created a personalized treatment plan, and recommended a regimen tailored specifically to my skin. I used to see Isabelle as a teenager when I was struggling with cystic acne and she was amazing, helping me choose the right products for my skin to clear it up and boosting my self-confidence. When I moved back to Calgary recently and had begun to struggle with adult acne which is much different, I went back to see her. Obviously my lifestyle now as an adult is much different from when I was a teen, and Isabelle asked tons of questions about my preferences and habits to get a full picture of my skin. In addition to helping me develop a new simplified skincare routine with high quality products that she believes in and uses herself, she suggested little changes like adding vitamins and increasing my water intake to supplement the treatments. She never mislead me about the fact that clearing up adult acne is a process and doesn't occur overnight, and after about two months of consistent treatments and care, my adult acne has completely vanished. I also appreciate that when I expressed that a product wasn't working for me, she didn't guilt me, she just immediately pivoted to figuring out what would work for me. Not only is Isabelle an amazing skin specialist, she also understands the emotional implications of struggling with your skin, and she never made me feel judged or embarrassed about my struggles. If you're struggling with adult acne as I was, I highly recommend booking an analysis and treatments with Isabelle, she won't give up until you're happy and feeling confident in your skin!

I am in disbelief of the wonders Isabelle has done for my skin.
