I have had the best experience with this company. I was hesitant to accept that I needed a CPAP machine but my clinician Deanne was fantastic in reassuring me and getting me set up and feeling comfortable with everything. After only a few nights I started to feel less exhausted in the mornings and I can’t remember the last time I had a restful sleep before starting on CPAP. It has been years! I very highly recommend using SnoreMD in Lethbridge for CPAP therapy. It is very cliche but it honestly has been life changing to not be exhausted all day everyday.

Wow ! What a great "find" for me. I was referred by my Doctor to another sleep apnea clinic. They have given me less than satisfactory information and advice. I googled various clinics in my area and gave Snore clinic a call. Danielle the front desk associate answered all my questions and concerns. I have popped in to get "advice and assurance of what I was doing was correct. I learnt of so many options and solutions! Rob was awesome as I expressed my concerns. To make a long story short, I walked into Snore MD two weeks ago without an appointment, after my CPAP machine quit working. Rob immediately welcomed me into his office, and explained the steps needed in order to get a new machine as quickly as possible. He showed me in depth (which I greatly appreciated) the after care he provides, and how tentatively he monitors your progress, helping you be successful in your treatment. With a Dr's Cpap Rx in hand, Rob was able to get me into a new machine that day! I was absolutely thrilled. Within a couple hours I was headed home with a new machine, new mask, and a new outlook on my CPAP journey. Almost Two weeks into my new treatment, Rob has sent me nearly daily check-in emails and called to make sure everything is going ok. He is able to make changes to my machine from his office which is great should it be needed. He has helped to maximize my sleep and keep my apneas a minimum so i feel my best in the am. I'm one of those people who was affected by the Philips Dreamstation toxic insulation fiasco! I was finally notified by the company I purchased that CPAP machine from almost 2 months after the recall notice had been issued and I stopped using it immediately. After almost 2 weeks without a machine, increasing anxiety, and no replacement provided I fortunately discovered Snore MD in Lethbridge and met with Rob to find out what I could do.
Rob at Snore MD provided me with a more thorough education than I'd been given previously and I left his clinic with a new ResMed For Her CPAP machine. It was with enormous relief that I could continue treatment for my Sleep Apnea with much better support than I'd had from the other supplier.
