I love my Dr and I am grateful to have a clinic to go to. The reception here is a joke. I have never called and gotten through the first time - usually I am on hold for so long they hang up on me.

The nurses and staff are friendly, but the reception is either wildly incompetent or wildly understaffed.

The booking system is not good. I had booked an appointment for August 22 with Dr. Kennedy, had been called by someone from the clinic on August 19 to remind me of this appointment with Dr. Kennedy, and then when I showed up for the appointment, it was booked with a completely different doctor. Then after seeing this other doctor the prescriptions were not sent to the correct pharmacy. Frustrating day

Our family doctor is here. He is very good to my husband. He is mediocre at best with me, but always asks about my husband... Even at my appointments. They really need to work on their phone etiquette. I waited for 20 minutes with one other person waiting and at 430 I heard someone answer the phone and immediately disconnect. When I call back it goes to the answering service. I appreciate that they would like to leave on time, perhaps have a few more people available to make appointments at the end of your day. So bloody irritated.

I am very pleased with my care and Dr Robertson. Friendly and knowledgeable! Always feel she listens and doesn’t rush you through.

One complaint I have is every time I visit or drive by I am always disgusted by the dirty exterior of building. I realize they are located on a busy street but the road grime on the bricks, and windows is awful and speaks volumes. Do they ever power wash the exterior?
I thought perhaps it was just me but I’ve heard this from other patients as well.
And while on this topic I don’t think holes in walls of interior have been filled or painted in 20-30 years. The interior is not dirty just well worn.

My Mom was coming to this clinic under Dr. Haig's care when I was born almost 77 years ago. I and my family have always had excellent doctors and care. Starting with Dr. Cairns, Dr. Kimberly, Dr. Strank and now Dr.Tupper. it is very sad for me to read all the negative comments. Is the service that bad or is it that people have become so self centered that they cannot deal with things when they don't go exactly as planned?

my doctor recently moved here from another clinic (which i loved) and the experience has been absolutely awful. i have called 3 different times and tried to get an appointment in so i can get a refill on my prescription, and have yet to even get an answer. the answering machine says that there’s 3 people in front of me and it will be about 5 minutes, been on the phone for the last 45 minutes and still nothing, the line and wait time has not changed.

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a return to work doctors note and i am now delayed a week of pay due to this clinics unprofessional services to have my doctors note ready when they said it would be. Oh, and it’s going to cost me $85 dollars to get the note after I had to go to another clinic and pay $25 to insure my job was not going to be lost due to not having the return to work note in time. Also, on top of all that I am pregnant… I am not impressed

First time being here since my doctor moved from Campbell clinic. Horrible location, no parking. Front desk staff is limited and constantly behind on helping patients. The paperwork is extensive and could be shortened or done online to make things quicker. All in all not very happy to have to come to this clinic.
