Been a patient for past 20 years. Phoned to make an appointment at 430 and the receptionist sounded like it was an issue when I said I won’t call back at 8am next day when I wanted to make an appointment. Not an emergency and not needed to see right away. 4PM seems to be when staff checks out and doesn’t care. Going look into an out of town doctor for the times I’ll need to see someone but this place needs to change

Dr. Ron Garrett wost doctor I've ever encountered! I came in because I was sick and he keep harassing me about something I came in for 6 years ago like can we address me being sick right now and my lack of concentration because I'm not feeling well no instead he insisted on arguing with me so I left and I still feel sick as ever!!

Dr Musk and his front end team have been so great! Even though they are all working in system that’s over stressed the front end does there best to fit us in and Dr Musk is a fantastic Dr that listens and is thorough. Our little 16th month babe is always comfortable and responds very well to Dr Musk.

I’ve been seeing Dr Musk and going to this office for years now. I have never had any issues, he always listens to my concerns and validates how I’m feeling. My kids feel more than comfortable seeing him. The office and nursing staff have ALWAYS been amazing and caring as well. I’m surprised to see lots of negative reviews as we have always had great experiences!

We went there for medical examinations today. There was bit of wait but all staff members were awesome!
One of the staff (I think her name was Chelsea?!) was very nice and friendly.
And the X-ray technician was amazing as well.

Overtly racist comments being made out loud by the front desk staff, loud enough for everyone in the waiting area to hear not professional.

Also comments by nursing staff about people wasting their time i have been waiting 30 mins past my appointment time to see anyone.

My dad had a terrible experience this week. He booked an appointment to see a doctor because he needed a medical form filled out to verify a brief medical history so he can get a surgery he’s been waiting for. He had explained this on the phone to the staff when he booked it. This was not his doctor but we were told that even a walk in doctor should be able to complete this basic form. When the doctor got in the room he immediately blamed us for booking the wrong appointment and said there wasn’t enough time and he said he didn’t know if he had to charge for this kind of an appointment in Alberta. It was infuriating. He was wasting our time and making a big deal about getting my dads weight checked and blood pressure which the nurses should have done anyways. He eventually completed the information because we weren’t going to leave without it. I was also disturbed by the lack of professionalism from all of the staff. I didn’t feel like there were any trained nurses there based on how they dressed, no pride in their work, and zero processes in place. At my clinic, the nurses always take my blood pressure no matter what kind of an appointment I book when I first get in the room. The nurses were literally only there to walk us into the room. I also found it odd that they never asked to see my dads identification or Alberta health care card when we checked in. We had never been to that clinic before. Needless to say, we won’t be back to this clinic. I felt like the doctor was only there to earn more money on top of his basic flat fee and if I wasn’t there my dad would have been turned away completely.

Been with this clinic over 20 years, recently I’ve had to go in quite often due to health issues so my experience has been different the last 6 months.
I am with doctor Gibb, he’s been a decent doctor. However his new nurse is horrible, very rude, rolls her eyes at you every chance she gets..
Now I called on Wednesday as I can’t book an appointment because I have a sore throat, left his nurse a voicemail, no return. I called again Thursday, left a voice mail aswell & talked to the front desk people and they said Dr would call me directly before the weekend.
It is now Monday & I haven’t received a call, I need antibiotics for my throat infection aswell as a few other things but no one has bothered to call me & I’m not aloud to make an appointment and go in. I understand why I can’t come in, but would expect to have someone call me by now.
Very disappointed lately.
If I could give 0 stars, I would.
