We live in Calgary, however, we use the lab services located in this Centre. The staff here are very nice and pleasant to deal with. We have never had to wait more than 5 minutes more than our appointment time. Better to travel the extra distance to get great service!

Beyond pleased with my visit here! I recently moved to Alberta from Ontario and the healthcare I received was great! A very lovely nurse greeted me and completed my vitals and asked my presenting concerns and I was promptly registered thereafter.
There was a wait, but that's not an issue because I understand how important triage is and how others will need to be seen before me if they present with more serious concerns- that's not to say my concerns aren't valid, but that system is in place for a reason. 🙂 I was uncomfortable, however, a nurse checked on me once I had a room and offered me pain medications and re-assessed my vitals. I was seen by Dr. Garland not long after, who was patient, informative and took my concerns seriously. She was very friendly and provided excellent health teaching.
Special thanks to Dr. Garland and the nursing, reception and cleaning staff for their exceptional kindness and service 🙂

I was at this facility, three weeks ago. Sure, I had about a 10 minute wait in lobby, then 30-45 minute wait to see an actual doctor, but the triage nurse & physician, we're wonderful with me!!! Very thorough with my examination, diagnosis & especially, my concerns that brought me through their doors!!!!. They were great with me, and had been Every time I had to go there!!!. All my tests results from there, we're sent to my own family doctor, the same day I was there.
Thank you, to Cochrane community health centre/Urgent care!!!.
See you soon, Theresa Lawrence

I've had a few good experiences here and so has my boyfriend! The staff are all pretty nice and thorough and it's all organized well. There's quite a bit of free parking at the back and there are a lot of signs guiding you to where you need to go. I'm terrified of needles and have had blood work here several times and it's been great! They take their time and make me feel comfortable, it's a good experience and makes me feel a lot better!

COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE FORGOTTEN, let me explain...

Coming back from camping, my son developed a rash so we decided to stop by here to get it checked out. Check-in process went fine and we sat down to wait.

Oh we waited. We watched others who checked in after us go in to be seen and leave. That's fine. We understand that they may have had conditions that require priority. However, 3 hours later we were called in to the examination room and there we waited another 1.5 hours to be seen by a doctor.

Frustrated, I left the room, went back to reception and asked what is going on as we have been waiting for hours. The response I got wasn't what I was expecting, they said that we weren't even in the system. Actually we were in the system, however, one of the nurses or somebody checked us out already.

Nonetheless, they finally get a doctor to see my son, and when the doctor came he admitted they FORGOT ABOUT MY SON.

Not something you want to hear in urgent care.
