We selected Cochrane Floors & More over many of the highly rated renovation companies in Calgary to complete our main floor and kitchen renovation and basement bathroom redo because of the passion, care, commitment and attention to detail displayed by the ownership and staff. From design to completion, the team at Cochrane Floors exhibited these traits every step of the way, working diligently on our behalf with trades, manufacturing, and finishing ensuring that the quality and care promised, was received to the fullest extent. In this day and age it is rare unfortunately to find those that follow through despite when many unforeseen challenges surface and of whom will actually fight for you the customer. Most now days unfortunately walk away leaving you hanging but not Cochrane Floors. We found a true partner and are so glad we selected them to help fulfill our vision of updating our home. A lovely store with variety and great staff. My daughter and I came in for the trick or treat event in the downtown and they put on a really fun haunted house type experience. Great idea by the store for the event. I know it may seem like kids and parents just pass through the stores for this event but it's a very nice gesture that doesn't go un noticed for future shopping Thank you very much for participating. It was very thoughtful.

I was impressed with the quality of work done by Cochrane Floors and More, and have received several comments about the professional installation. It may have taken longer than expected, but I was kept informed of the problems with uneven flooring and lack of workers. Clint spent a lot of time preparing for the actual installation. John was always ready to answer any questions I had.

Clint’s attention to detail was influential in the work that was done on our floor. The techs that were involved with the actual work were excellent. Excellent Installation! I wanted to shop local and so when it was time to redo my carpets I decide to try them out. They did two sets of stairs, hallway and three bedrooms. The price on the carpet was very good but where they impressed me the most was on the installation. Jason was a one man show that took great care and pride in his work. The end product looks amazing and has added significant value to my home. Would highly recommend this company.

Called Cochrane Floors to have them re-stretch a carpet that was not installed properly. Everyone from the receptionist on were wonderful to deal with and were prompt in getting back to us. Jason, the installer did an awesome job with the final results looking like we installed new carpet. I would highly recommend Clint and his staff.
