I had the lovely pleasure of speaking to Robin yesterday who is the most patient , caring and most importantly compassionate person I have ever met, I was looking for a specific item and not only did she help me find it at her store, she stayed open late just so I can go pick it up. My elderly Mother was sent home from hospital with home oxygen from another company. After a few issues and not being able to talk to a real person just an answering machine with no reply back after even 3 days we made the switch to Fresh Air. Ryan came out immediately and assessed Mom's needs and even handled the return of other companies equipment for his. Since that day we have had no issues at all that weren't handled immediately. Always someone answers the call and has taken care of any issues. We can call anytime day or night or simply text. I started with Fresh Air Respiratory Care in 2017. After 3 months I no longer needed home oxygen, however I got ill agin in 2018 and needed to go back on oxygen. The people who serve me have been incredibly helpful. If something wasn’t working, either the large portable concentrator or the portable concentrator and even the M6 tanks, I would give then a call and within the hour someone came out to help. I am extremely satisfied with their service and highly recommend them.

I highly recommend fresh air their service is by far the best in the city we have now had to have them come in for my mom and put in the oxygen machine and give us the tanks. They when we had them the first they made sure that my mom was okay to be off the oxygen but unfortunately had to have it again and it was a emergency they got in our homes not joking 3 hours from the time my mom was discharged from the hospital to getting the machine back in. You will not be disappointed appointment by their services they go above and beyond. Thank you so much I highly recommend you to everyone...

The staff here went above and beyond to ensure I got my portable oxygen concentrator before I went on a trip. Ryan was very responsive to all questions and was so kind as to stay after hours on one occasion. Highly recommend and won’t be going anywhere else in future!
