Called to see if they were open today since it’s Christmas and he replied with “yeah that’s why we’re talking” lmao insanely rude. Menu is wrong and they didn’t have Half the things listed plus service wasn’t ideal.

Honestly I’m so fed up , gave them so many chances , every single time I would place a skip order , it gets cancelled! They cancel the order because there is no staff to make it , lol why run a business when you can’t even keep staff present disgusting customer service

This location is SO good!! I've never been to a jusfruit location that puts actual fruit (like the photos) on the drinks but this location DOES! So yummy and we'll made. Will never go to another location

If I could, I would give this place a zero.

No staff present, when other part of store worker came told me they can’t make any flavours other than 4 basics. No proper way to run business, incompetent, and absolutely garbage customer service

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have been to this location multiple times and each time gets worse. There is one gentleman who use to work there who would give great customer service and make amazing drinks. It would take a bit to make but worth the wait. The last few times, even if I go at 2pm they are completely out of black boba which Is the biggest reason people go for bubble tea. I went tonight before 6 and was given attitude when I asked why there isn't any when they still have over 2 hours of business. That's like going to a pizza place not having pizza sauce and cheese. There's no need for the attitude or lack of customer service. Will not be returning

I’m giving it 2 stars not because of the products but the customer service. The wait times are near unacceptable. They need to either hire more people or work or a better process so that the customers don’t have to wait 20-30 minutes to a couple of drinks. The people are nice but that does not compensate for the extremely long wait times even if you are the only one there.

THE WORST BUBBLE TEA I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. The milk was literally sour and old, the boba tasted like soggy rubber, and the whip cream had no taste. I am never ever going back there and I still feel gross from the drink they served me earlier today. I paid 9 dollars for it too, so over priced. Please save yourself a tummy ache and a terrible experience and DO NOT GO TO JUSFRUIT.

Pros: The two drinks we tried were good and they did a great job with presentation, looks exactly like the pictures!

Cons: 1) Long wait time. It was just me and one other customer and we had to wait 30 mins to get our drinks. There were three staff working.
2) Weird place. It’s shares a small space with a gas station and FedEx onsite.
3) Promotions are not what they seem. During their opening, they had a special: buy one get one. It wasn’t as straight forward as this. You had to like their Instagram (written in tiny font on bottom of promo advertisement) and the second drink size must be small and selected from a few varieties.
4) Few toppings available. They have a large list of topping but only a few are ever available.

I really wanted this so be our regular spot for bubble tea but after a few disappointing experiences and the long wait, we prefer going into the city for our bubble tea fix.
