It’s a terrible Pharmacy They promised me delivery and I never got it. I had to go all the way to Edmonton for three days without my rescue inhaler very incompetent never go there again very disappointed. wow, aren’t you guys special laying the blame back on me for not checking in on the status of my order I really do know why I left

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this pharmacy shop. I purchased a bottle of supplements only to discover after getting home that they were expired. Not only is selling expired products unethical, but it can also be harmful to the health of consumers.

I would not recommend this pharmacy shop to anyone looking to purchase supplements or any other health-related products. It is important to always check the expiration dates on products before purchasing them, but I expect a reputable pharmacy to be more diligent in ensuring the quality and safety of the products they sell.

Me an introvert had a 20 min heartfelt conversation with the manager! That's how kind and personable she is; and it shows with how friendly and happy the staff are. This store also has high quality products that aren't available any where else in cold lake, like Rocky Mountain House and other great Canadian based companies. Best products and best most sincere service I've ever had!!!

I had to have a prescription transferred over to them as I was having delays in products arriving on time for my elderly Mother who resides in a care home within cold lake, their pharmacist was very HELPFUL in this entire process and I am so happy to report they are exceptional in making sure clients are informed as the process of doing so was like I said effortless ! Thanks Again , highly recommended for any pharmacy needs!

Had a mastectomy yesterday and the compression binder I got from the hospital was absolutely terrible. Called the store and the gentleman who answered the phone was SO helpful. Drove to pick up what we had talked about on the phone and it is working AMAZING. What a great place and great staff!!

A little expensive but worth it
Amazing coffee selection for organic fair trade and cruelty free.
They will open it up to you if you need emergency pharmaceutical needs
They filled my prescription when my wisdom tooth became infected
