We have been unable to be at our home for an extended period of time and asked Brightside Mechanical to do monthly home checks. We have been more than pleased. He has an excellent checklist that he uses and goes through it every month and notes status. There was some outdoor construction also going on and Lance kept us informed with photographs and status reports that helped us give our Condo Management Company a well needed push to keep moving things forward.

In addition, we have had some long standing problems that Lance is helping us address. His expertise in heating systems and ductwork has been invaluable. He has also been proactive in identifying some other things we can do for efficiency.
