Please beware while buying any products of POP from this location. Not only the products are bad, this location will not exchange them even though the receipt says it is. This was within the timeframe of the return policy. I bought a thump split posted in the picture and straps lost its grip and became loose in literally 7-8 days and it worn out pretty quick. I was advised to contact the manufacturer.

I was told they wont be able to sell it to someone else and my response was if piece is not good you should not sell it to anyone else take it up with your supplier.

I think Amazon will have better support for their customers than CO-OP.

Parking is validated for customers. I bought compression socks here. They don't direct bill for compression socks.

We went to the store to purchase an item with a prescription, they took the prescription and charged me near $100.00 saying it would be available for pick up in two weeks. It has been about one month since then and they still do not have my items.

We have since called them 3 times. Every time we call them they take all my information before transferring me to another line were I have to repeat all the information. Internal communication displayed is terrible. When asked about an ETA on my items I am met with the same response of "We will call you" and that "It takes time." Never giving an exact date. If they did not have stock or the ability to get stock then they should say that upfront. They charged for an item and gave a 2 week waiting period and their policy says all sales are final after 2 weeks.

Very bad experience overall, to date we are still waiting for our item, had we known it would be like this we would have gone elsewhere.

This is one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had in my life. None of the staff seem to have any customer service skills. In fact they seem to go out of their way to look busy and never make eye contact with the customer. I have made at least 4-5 trips in there and it is always the same horrible service. Stock seems to get lower everytime I visit. I will take my hard earned dollars elsewhere.

This place lost my personal information, confused me with another client. Put their data into my file and vise versa. They also lied to me about rental costs, didn't know that I had returned equipment which I had. Promised a refund and then ended up charging me for something without my permission, lying to obtain my credit card number saying it was for a refund.

Get anything they promise in writing as they are entirely untrustworthy.

I would advise anyone needing medical supplies to just order on Amazon.

** Update: They ultimately refunded me for the unauthorized charge after I posted this and sent a complaint to co-op head office. So I suppose that warrants some minor consideration. Two stars.

I went to this store to buy a brace. When I walked in there were 3 ladies behind the counter. Not one of them acknowledged me. They couldn't even be bothered to look up and see the person that came in the door. When I asked where the braces were, the one lady couldn't be bothered to even lift her arm to point. She wanted me to wait for someone else. I'm not going back.
