Byrnes Gulf Service was recommended to me by my regular mechanic, for servicing my vehicle's air conditioning system. While it was unfortunate that the entire system needed to be replaced (compressor, condenser, belt), that was not their fault. I also needed a new radiator in the process, plus a new battery. Norm & Tom's service was wonderful and their pricing was more than fair. I highly recommend them for those looking for a local auto repair shop!

Talked on phone discussing repair amount prior to work done to be around 1000-1200, charged us 2200, nearly double that amount, when I arrived to pay. Put us in a tough spot financially with no regard. Assistant even gestured a fake heart attack when presenting me the bill. Lost my trust and respect. Been going here and supporting this business for a decade, but not anymore.

A young man put a nice scratch in the hood of my vehicle that I bought new two years ago, with the window squeegee.
I talked to the owner and asked what they do about these kinda of situations? He said you can buy a paint marker.
Beware when having your windows washed, as if they scratch anything they don’t care.

The gas attendants have it down to a science when filling up gas. They don’t get enough credit sometimes! Great service, in and out quickly. Continuously pleased that despite high gas prices, I don’t mind leaving a little tip now and then. Keep up the good work. I ❤️ Supporting LOCAL!

Left one of my client had the symbol in my dash that one of my tire was low went back home put some air in drove to st Jos Villa went to work for 1 1/2 hour came back out tire was flat put some air in call mitsubishi for a appointment they couldn't take me before Nov.29 you call that good service on there part then call 3 other garage it would of been 3 hours wait had to go back to work went to see this garage he told me he would squeeze me in 30 min I was out of there it was a piece of a screwdriver in my tire I would like to say a huge thank you to them they know I to treat there clients 👍
