27430 hwy 28 s. Please forgive me for the bad review. Our issues have been resolved. It's just that shoveling a path for the drivers is hard so shoveling it out the second time was really hard as I was throwing snow over a six foot bank. I was in a bit of a huff. Your team looked after us. Thank you.

I'm very happy that our contract fixed price 3 years in a row is significantly lower than the non-contract price, by at least 20%. Customer service at Superior is a challenge. Their online chat system has been broken since before the COVID pandemic, despite the link on their website saying it's there. The auto-refill alert technology on their tanks seems to be OK but don't assume it works...if you drop to less than 10% level, they've been know to overlook the needed delivery.

Service used to be excellent. I don't know what has happened over there but everything has changed. Most recent issue is I ordered delivery on Jan 6th. On the 8th I received confirmation. They chose to send delivery notification late on the 12th (night of forecast of major snowstorm ) that they would arrive the next day.

I was already out of town prepping for a vacation when I received that email and immediately emailed and left a voice mail to not attempt delivery as I was not there to plow my driveway.

They called my assistant (whom I had call forwarded my phone to) early in the morning and asked her how the roads were. She replied that she wasn't in the area so she didn't know. The driver came anyway and then called again to say he couldn't get up my driveway.

1. why day after major Bancroft storm?
2. why didn't they check their messages before going on deliveries

Problem: Upon my return from vacation I resubmitted my request for delivery. They stated on or before the 14th of Feb

I informed them that I need some notice because my tractor is broken and will need help from neighbour. They stated will only give 1 day notice

I sent an email stating I was at least pleading for them to arrive before the next storm...no response...

Tomorrow expect freezing rain

Bottom line...do they just not care or are they playing games because they came to my place and weren't able to deliver despite my efforts to cancel?

The absolutely worst company to work with.
If I could put negative one stars I would.
The Bancroft office has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.
3 weeks to get a site visit. Then every excuse not to install tanks and run a line. One inch of snow is too much in northern Ontario for their tecs to work in it's an absolutely disgraceful company.

Excellent customer service and sales support but they are afraid of their shadow to deliver to a maintained private road servicing 9 cottages when all their competitors do. Very disappointing to hear after all our coordinating and negotiating.
