By far the best massage therapy clinic on the South Shore... Previously, I've experienced massages throughout Toronto, North York, the Guelph area, as well as Kitchener & Waterloo. I was hoping to find a great massage therapist upon moving to the East Coast and fortunately have found one here at Harmony Health. Nathalie is amazing; excellent touch, and always knows the appropriate amount of pressure to apply. If you live around the area, do yourself a favour and book a session, today.

This place is healing for the body and mind. I can’t say enough about the staff, the atmosphere and professionalism.
The treatments are effective and not the basic clinical settings. Carole Potter does my acupuncture and is so well trained and knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have.
Annette George is the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. I’m missing her treatments so much with the closure.
Jill Higgins PT has been amazing for my mobility. She has gotten me through many things over the last few years.
I recommend them to everyone.

I can not recommend this place enough. Carole Potter (acupuncturist) treats my grandmother. She is amazing, highly trained, so nice. She treats my grandmother who is living with dementia with dignity and kindness and my grandmother loves her. She is always happy to explain the treatment or answer questions. Annette George (RMT) massages me and she is so talented, friendly and effective.

Nice enough but they need to wash their duvets. Nice restaurant and staff.
