Robertson House provided excellent, compassionate an professional care for our mother over the last 5 years of her life. To anyone considering this facility, I suggest meeting their ED firsthand—you’ll understand my concerns. I’m now seriously considering relocating my father.

I can't say enough good things about the Robertson House.
My grandmother was extremely well taken care of. I witnessed multiple nurses tending to her every need and each time they came into her room, they offered love, excellent care and compassion.
The cleanliness of her room was above average as well.

I would highly recommend the Robertson House and would like to thank all of the staff and management for making my grandmothers stay as comfortable as it was.

Robertson House by Spring Living has been a great experience for our family. The care they give is the number one reason to choose their home. The nursing staff is so patient and lovely, the quality of the meals are excellent and residents have plenty to do. I'm very pleased with the level of care. that my brother receives at Robertson House Retirement Community in Bells Corners, Ottawa (Nepean) Ontario. All of the staff are very professional and compassionate. The ongoing communication with families is excellent. I'm kept in the loop at all times concerning my brother even with minor issues. As well, any concerns that I have are addressed immediately. I recommend Robertson House for families that are looking for a safe environment
