My dad had faulty hearing aid that was purchased outside Canada. We were promptly attended by the team who not only fixed the machine but also didn't charge us since it was a small fix and also told us how we can fix it ourselves in future. Everyone was very empathetic and patient ❤️❤️

I had a hearing test done at the Bells Corners location by Sarah. She is amazing. Not only was the hearing test a breeze, she was able to remove ear wax from my left ear that had been bothering me for over 4 months. I can't recommend Davidson enough, especially Sarah.

I don't recommend getting a custom-made ear plug from Davidson.. they had to re-fit me after the first one because it didn't fit properly, and I can forgive that.
But..the second one hardly blocked any noise even though it did fit properly.. they offered to try again but I didn't want to bother because I know it's not going to work properly. I wasted $95 since its non-refundable..very disappointed. 😥

The audiologist Ali and assistant Alicia have done a beautiful job with their awesome service of helping my mother Joyce to adjust her hearing aids. They are very professional and go above and beyond to help. We have told a lot of others about their great service. Our other family members will go there as well

Davidson's is just wonderful!

I was recommended to Davidson's by a friend some time after I'd purchased my first hearing aids a number of years ago.

A hole appeared in one of them, and the place I'd bought them from told me to wear them with the hole (in my ear), or they could send it back to the company for repair (just after my warranty ended) and would take at least a couple of weeks at a minimum charge of $250.

I was about due for a hearing test, so decided to give Davidson's a try and made an appointment with Robbie Davidson.

I had my hearing test (free at Davidson's) and ordered some new hearing aids...which are much more comfortable to wear than my old ones. I left my broken hearing aid with Davidson's who repaired it for me at no charge, and I had it back in just a couple of days.

We were there yesterday for a scheduled check of my hearing aids. While we were there Robby Davidson was kind enough to also check my husband's ears for wax, and remove it (which he does every time I have an appointment).
Yesterday my husband commented that he thought it made a difference not only to his hearing, but to his balance.

Thank you so much Robbie Davidson. I have no hesitation recommending you to anyone who needs your services.
