Seriously? I am just shocked. I was there at 6:30 with my 3 yrs daughter. There were only 2 persons inside. I was kicked out because it was “too late” to take a patient even though they are open until 8pm. The staff were extremely rude. She said that I have to make an appointment to come walk in clinic. Doctors do not take anyone after 6pm. Thanks for kicking out 3 yrs child with pain.

The doctor who saw me was professional and sympathetic. On the other hand, the young, thin man at reception was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable.

When I stated my reason for visiting was a certain blood test, he said “that’s not usually ordered, usually x test is ordered instead”. And again when he called me into the exam room he said I probably won’t get the blood test done. I cannot assume this man’s medical training, but because he’s at the front desk and he’s not my doctor, I wish he would keep his (unsolicited) medical opinion to himself next time.

Feed back review of my January 13 2025 visit.

They reception representatives charged me 210$ for the visit, and then they say is because they didn't have my health card on my file, I presented my valid health card right away,

Why did you first charge me before asking about my health card?

Right after taking my health card information They said they would refund me by E- transfer, with 3 to 6 days.

After a little more than 2 weeks(14 days), still nothing...
Super unprofessional staff i do not recommend visiting that clinic that thinks first about money and how to charge you.. poor communication, poor client service,

never never never coming back here. the doctor i saw was SO rude. he made me feel so dumb about what i was coming in for. i have a bad cold right now, my ears started hurting so i came in to see if i had an ear infection. he first asked me "what do you want me to do about 5 hours of ear pain?" i don't know, maybe check my ears!? then he told me "it makes no sense that you'd have an ear infection with your cold" ? i have had the 2 together before and also- don't talk to patients like that..? i'm NOT the doctor and i don't know specifics about medical shit so PLEASE BE KIND TO PATIENTS!!! thanks! 😚

Recently visited the drop in clinic with an issue and was treated by Dr. Norris.

I just wanted to send this to say how impressed I was by Dr. Norris. He was very professional, thorough, kind and helpful. I immediately felt very comfortable with him, as I was quite worried about my symptoms. His calm yet professional mannerism eliminated any stress I was feeling. It's so refreshing to see that doctors of this caliber are coming on board. Hopefully he remains in family practice.

I have no complaints about my family doctor, but I do have complaints about the terrible operation of the clinic. Something that is incomprehensible is that when you make an appointment, the doctors do not offer many options and the schedules are difficult for those of us who work full time. You make the appointment, you arrive at the agreed time and even then they see you an hour later. In my case, I have had to lose hours of my work.

Worse place. Iv never been soo grossed out by staff and mainly doctor! I ran there after calling ( and they confirmed they were still taking people) at 6 pm they close at 8. Got there with my screaming and crying 3 year that was saying my ear hurts ( quick on set of ear infection ) 6:15 and they said they were not taking anyone else now (4 people in the room). I asked them to ask the doctor to please consider, she said no. That HORRIBLE HUMAN a said no to a crying 3 year old that had an ear infection. I could have wrote the prescription out myself I didn't even really need her to look at it cause we knew what it was. That doctor should loss there license cause I swear they made an oath to help people and she couldn't even make the effort to take one minute to look at a crying three year-old. Just gross.

One start never mind being the lowest I can pick is because there is one nice doctor there on Friday nights.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Enhanced Care was extremely receptive over the phone, slotted me in quickly when I needed an emergency vaccination, and answered all my questions and concerns with care. Previously, they have also treated me with dignity and respect when needing walk-in care. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
