Just a great place. Very clean and modern. More importantly the pharmicist, Thomas, was really good guy. The service was quick and friendly and he went out of his way to explain things. My suggestion is to park at the bar next door and walk the 3m to this place

This pharmacy is amazing. They provide an unbelievable level of service. Every question is answered kindly and thoughtfully, and nothing is too much trouble. After enduring many years of questionable and often unfriendly service at Shoppers Drug Mart, the Wellness Pharmacy is a welcome change. My only regret is that I didn’t switch over sooner.

My family and I previously have dealt with Shoppers Drug Mart for years. I found the service not so customer service oriented anymore and prices just kept going up. I became a number to them. After having a Covid test done by the Wellness Pharmacy, I was overwhelmed with their friendly service. They seem genuinely interested in the well being of every patient/ client and take the time to talk you through your medication as well. I recommend them to everyone. They give you the both of best worlds. Very knowledgeable service and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns even via email. But you are treated as a person not just a number.

I had my first AstraZeneca vaccine shot at the Wellness Clinical Pharmacy a couple of weeks ago. The service was amazing! Jeffrey, Kai and Thomas were so friendly and welcoming that I would definitely go back to the Pharmacy. They even sent a follow up email to make sure everything was okay after my vaccination. This is a great small, local business that we should be supporting in our community!

Outstanding experience getting flu shot for our family today! The pharmacy is nice, clean and modern and the pharmacist provided us with EXCELLENT customer service. He went out of his way to explain things to us about the services they offer in the pharmacy as well as what to expect after getting the shot. My husband and I just received our AZ vaccine today at the pharmacy. Jeffrey was very friendly, helpful, professional and has a great sense of humour to boot! He even offered us a cold drink when my husband said he felt a little light-headed after getting the shot. Terrific customer service and we look forward to returning!

Best pharmacy I have ever been to! The customer service is outstanding and Jeffrey has been such a pleasure to deal with. He's been so helpful and I truly appreciate that he knows my name when I call. I can't say enough good things about this place.
