Emily can out when Reliance couldn’t to help my family and I out when no heat was available. Not only was she great, knowledgeable and did her best. She went above and beyond to try to give us heat. 24 hrs without is bad enough but she continue to try to get a part when no one else could and expedite to help us out. 72 hours without no heat and she still kept in touch to make sure there was someone coming to help our family. She is true meaning to customer service and all aspects, she treated my family as humans and her knowledge to what she did was more than anyone ever anyone did. Would recommend this company and Emily for any concerns going forward.

Big shout out to Baziks, we were without heat for 4 days waiting for a part to arrive. The part ended up coming in very late on a Friday evening. Baziks showed up, got it done quick and heat was restored. Exactly what you want!

Called Kyle on Nov 1st to get a steam humidifier installed he asked when was the soonest I wanted it and whether I was flexible enough to wait till Monday (Nov 6) since there were more urgent No Heat calls for his other customers. I understood the urgency of the No Heat customers and said I'm OK to wait till Monday, and he mentioned that they'll come between 7am-11am.

Monday comes up and I texted Kyle at 10:30am on when they'll be coming by to install the unit, and he didn't respond at the time. I decided to call just over an hour later (11:45 am) to confirm verbally, and he mentioned that they're still dealing with no heat calls and that they'll try to make it in the evening if not then Tuesday, however I mentioned since I have to be in office on Tuesday we'd have to reschedule it to Wednesday instead. Kyle confirmed this via text as well.

Then today (Wednesday Nov 8th) I texted him again at 10:17am about when they'll be arriving with no response. I decided to call Kyle at 11:40 AM to confirm and he mentioned that the tech should be there shortly. No one came, then I called again at 2:40 PM this time he said he'll check with the tech. Still no one came nor a callback from Kyle about the status. I called him again at 5:04 PM and he repeated he'll check with the tech again and that he should've been here. Still no response from Kyle and no one came at the door this entire time I've been waiting. I called again at 6:46 PM for an update and this time he simply didn't pick up my call.

If Kyle had been upfront with scheduling and that him/his team wouldn't have been realistically available on the dates he committed to, I would have shopped around with other HVAC companies. This experience has been extremely poor, I shouldn't have to be the one to keep calling for updates on delays, Kyle as a business owner should have kept us informed on things like this and I would have been understanding if he respected his customers time.

Kyle responded with a prompt return call. My fireplace needed some maintenance and cleaning. Bazik's will definetely be the number I keep in my phone for whenever I need assistant with fireplace issues, and other heating or cooling needs. Kyle's staff were professional, helpful, friendly and I was very happy with their work!!
