This place is awesome. Need a sight finder. Done.
Need an instapot- they've got you. Tires? Helium for balloons? Done and done.
This is a unique (to me) and well stocked store.
Well lit. Well maintained. Like Walmart meets Bed Bath and Beyond and Cabelas.
Also, returns are very easy.

2 issues:
1 - I went for a re-torque, and the tech didn't mention or fill a very noticeably low tire. (I saw it when I stopped at the store next door)
2 - I placed an order online and received a message that the item was out of stock. I stopped by the next day to pick up something comparable, and there were at least 20 of the original item in stock.

Ordered the wrong parts from the getgo. The box was correct but brake pads were wrong. The store manager was great about trying to resolve the issue. But the next day we got a call from the parts department saying they weren't wrong (even tho the pads on the box weren't close to what was in the box. When I went in to get the courier ones the next day he said the other ones were right even though the store manager the day before knew they looked different and he was even giving my wife and I attitude. Noone should EVER parts from this place.. not only did we waste a lot of gas money.. I now have a car up on blocks because they got the parts wrong and we were made to feel like we were the incompetant ones. Cheaper parts.. cheap store help

Staff can't even help out with a tire issue on a Saturday afternoon. "That's a Monday thing." What a joke. I've worked in the tire industry for 11 years, and never would I leave a customer in a bind like that.
