Absolute WORST Pharmacy I have EVER dealt with. Today was the final time I deal with the Pharmacy. Where to begin with the problems here. None of the staff pay attention to any notes that are left on a persons account for prescriptions. Last year my son switched to a chewable tablet, on the advice of the pharmacist because my son does not swallow pills. The pharmacist told me that I could ask the doctor to switch over to them. I had already paid for his non chewable but she said I could just go back later get the others. It wasnt until I went back to exchange them that they told me it was another charge and could not exchange them because I had left the store. It wasn't a matter of paying again, as I did have the funds to do so, but not everyone has the ability to pay for their one month prescription twice in the same day and the Pharmacist, not an assistant, should have advised if I left the store that I could not exchange the meds. 2 weeks ago I asked the pharmacy staff to start putting my son's meds into a blister pack to make it easier to keep track of, they said they noted it in the account. Today was pick up day for his prescription and surprise surprise his meds weren't ready. I asked why and they responded with well we are busy today and didn't have time yet. I asked about how there's a note on the file saying I could pick them up early, even though the note is on there they said because I hadn't called it wasn't ready. I said ok I'll be back this afternoon. Fast forward to this evening I went to pick up the medication and low and behold shocker, they WERE NOT in the blister pack. The pharmacy assistant said I'm surprised it wasn't done because I remember putting the note on the file. He offered to do up the blister pack but I would have to wait until tomorrow to either have them delivered or for pick up. If you are able to STAY AWAY from this pharmacy, nothing but screw ups from the start and my son has been getting it from here since November of 2021. Many more issues but not having his meds ready and the way it should have been ready was the straw that broke the camel's back.

Excellent service , very acknowledgeable Pharmacist, Emily. Went above and beyond to help her customer recieve the health care and proper medication plan for the young ladies health needs. Keep up the awesome job!!

Just went there to pick up some cat food at 17:24, and was served by a young cashier with attitude. Again. The older cashiers are fantastic. Courtesy counts ladies. There's another drug store just across the street. Being rude to your customers is a great way to lose your job Chelsey. (Name is on receipt.) This is a small town, and again, competition is across the street. Word of mouth matters here.

I had a horrible experience at this location. The people in the pharmacy were beyond rude this afternoon. When I told them nevermind I would go to shoppers they screamed have a nice day. I will never return to this location.

I've been getting my prescriptions here for the past 25years and never had an issue and the staff is very friendly and helpful thank you to all the staff for your awesome customer/patient experience
