One of the most unprofessional nurse services I’ve ever encountered.

Since I’ve moved Muskoka it’s been harder than normal finding good help needed in this area, this is just another example of a bad service and a waste of time.

These people came to my house late for the first initial assessment and the first time they actually came out they didn’t even show up. The day before they were supposed to come back to do the initial assessment they already missed, the nurse the day before called me eight times on a Sunday afternoon. I don’t generally like when people call me repeatedly eight times instead of just leaving a text message or a voicemail, it’s very frustrating when that’s my only day off from the hustle and bustle.

This person continued to call my phone over and over again luckily my ringer was off so I didn’t have to endure the pain of hearing the ringer off so many times. Three days later they came to my house wasted an hour of my time walked through my house, which I generally don’t like people doing and they gave me a booklet and I had the schedule ready the day before and all of a sudden when I called back again, they told me that they were unable to fill this position at all throughout the 10 days I needed them.

They gave me no excuse or reason, and I have no idea why they had to cancel. Now I’n left basically up in the air without help now for the next 10 days.

I have to scramble and find someone else to fulfill their position. They also took my credit card number down and I have no idea why so now I’m thinking that it’s some sort of scam.

Do not go through this agency for any sort of help with healthcare I strongly advise not to.
